★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Langganan saya pulang kantor turun di stasiun tebet jalan kaki sebentar kira2 3 menit langsung ketemu persis di per3an jalan asem baris. Favorit saya kwetiau goreng kambing♥️ porsi banyak tapi bisa lumayan lama antri. Gapapa kok abangnya masaknya cepet? kira2 nunggu sekitar 20 menit bisa. Kalau lagi rame, bisa lebih lama.
Setahu saya asistennya pasti nyatet di buku setiap orderan (baik yg takeaway, makan di tempat atau orderan ojol). Sambil nyatet, dia nyambi nyiapin apa yang mesti dimasak. Dia juga yang motongin sayuran kalau persediaan udah mulai abis. Jadi si abang beneran pure kokinya?
tapi jangan dilihat gimana asistennya cepet cepet berubah dari megang pulpen+buku buat nyatet ke megang sayuran buat disiapin. Enggak ada yang namanya cuci tangan. Kalau ada yang terganggu, lebih baik ya terserah masing masing?. Saya enggak tahu setelah pandemik ini apakah ada perubahan atau tidak.
Komentar saja, terkadang kalau makan di tempat kok berasa lebih lama nunggu. Mungkin karena sambil ngeliatin abangnya masak dan baunya enak jadi enggak sabaran.

strategic location near Malay village and tebet station at the end before turning to the station. affordable price, good taste, clean and comfortable place.
the menu varies from fried rice, crazy rice, goat fried rice, noodles and vermicelli. always crowded at night until early morning.
