★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokternya sombong, dari awal ga ada niat bantu,
diajak diskusi malah pake attitude "dokternya siapa? gw apa elu?"
padahal saya juga udah research jurnal tentang androgenetic alopecia udah lebih dari 2 taun, mentang2 dokter tapi nge-invalidate orang,
kalo emang anda lebih tau ya diskusi caranya ga nge dismiss..
ditanyain tentang minoxidil early shed aja ga tau..
bad experience
 The doctor is arrogant, from the beginning there was no intention of helping,
I was invited to a discussion with the attitude of "who is the doctor? What am I?"
Even though I have also researched journals on androgenetic alopecia for more than 2 years, several doctors but invalidating people,
if you really know better, the discussion is how to not get dismissed ...
just asked about Minoxidil Early Shed, I don't know ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salah satu klinik erha yg KUNO DAN KETINGGALAN JAMAN, mau tlp bikin janji gak ditulis sama yg terima tlp, sudah bikin janji gak ada nama di list, klinik lain sudah online ini masih cara KUNO dipakai. Petugas di reception kaya orang bingung... males sih ke klinik cabang ini lama² kalo gak di upgrade... sampai layanan baru aja nggak ada disini
One of the ERHA clinics that is ANCIENT AND OUTSTANDING, wants to call to make an appointment, it's not written with the person receiving the phone, has made an appointment, there is no name on the list, other clinics are online, this is still the ANCIENT way to use The clerk at the reception is like a confused person... I'm lazy to go to this branch clinic for a long time if it's not upgraded... until the new service isn't here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. mulai dari tempat parkir yg lumayan luas (nilai 5 lah ya),
2. ruang tunggu lumayan sejuk AC nya, harum, sofa empuk & bersih (nilai 5 juga),
3. pelayanan di bagian depan, registrasi, kasir, apotek sangat baik & ramah, mereka dapat menginformasikan promo, info treatment, fungsi cream yg diresepkan dokter dengan jelas, mudah di hubungi bisa via whatsapp pula, beli obat juga jadi mudah pas tau klo bisa delivery via OJOL ? (nilai 5)
4. pelayanan dokter sangat jelas detail menjelaskan permasalahan di kulit, dapat konsultasikan tentang kulit di seluruh tubuh juga, kedatangan dokter lumayan tepat waktu (kadang telat 5 menitan ?) dokter nya specialis kulit & kelamin, bisa konsultasi permasalahan kelamin juga looohhh ?(nilai 5)
5. Pelayanan perawat nya sangat ramah dan membantu (nilai 5)
Dari 5 poin di atas hasil nya 25
Patut diberikan bintang 5.
Pertahankan pelayanan nya yg baik cepat dan jelas ya. Semoga selalu konsisten yups.

2. The waiting room is pretty cool, the air conditioner is fragrant, the sofa is soft & clean (value 5 too),
3. services on the front, registration, cashier, pharmacy is very good & friendly, they can inform promos, treatment info, cream functions prescribed by the doctor clearly, easy to contact can be via WhatsApp too, buying drugs is also easy to know if you can delivery via OJOL nilai (value 5)
4. doctor's service is very clear in detail explaining the problems in the skin, can consult about the skin throughout the body as well, the doctor's arrival is quite timely (sometimes late 5 minutes ?) the doctor is a skin & genitals specialist, can consult genital problems also looohhh ? (value 5 )
5. The nurse service is very friendly and helpful (score 5)
From 5 points above the results are 25
Should be given a 5 star.
Keep up the good service, fast and clear. Hope you always be consistent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruang tunggu nya sangat nyaman, wangi, bersih dan dingin. Pokoknya sangat menyenangkan berobat di erha Clinic cipinang. Karyawannya juga sangat ramah dan murah senyum.
The waiting room is very comfortable, fragrant, clean and cold. Anyway, it was really fun getting treatment at Cipinang Clinic. The employees are also very friendly and smiling.

Disini tidak diinfokan.. dan therapist (mba devi) facialnya SANGAT2 buruk.. bukannya muka bersih, malahan langsung berjerawat.. besoknya ini review berdasarkan hunting ke ERHA lainnya. KAPOK pake banget, hanya krn 1 orang nama ERHA jadi tercemar..
The service is not updated, the outside is already using points. There is no information here.. and the therapist (mba devi) had a VERY bad facial.. instead of a clean face, she just got acne.. the next day, this review is based on hunting for other ERHAs. KAPOK really used it, only because 1 person's name ERHA was polluted..
