★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stylish bldg, beautiful interior like a boutique hotel's lounge, quiet and restful ambience like an upscale spa, but service is quite chaotic even tho you hv made a reservation. They even fail to capture my visit in their system.

Front Desk Staff: 1*
Clinic is great but staff at the desk keep you waiting for a long time and are very impolite. Today I was served by Risma who was especially rude and unprofessional and ruined my whole experience at Erha.
Would really suggest owner should retrain front desk staff as they're the first and last thing customers see when going to your clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Every time I try calling the clinic 99% of the time nobody answer the call. Service inside the clinic is also very slow. You have to wait for a long time to pay and to get your prescribed creams. When I asked to speak to the manager nobody was around. If it was not because of the doctor I will not go back to his clinic. I hope they will improve the service because it is a major problem.

4 star for their welcome gesture
3 star for the speed service. I don't know what took them so long to call me for payment after the consultation. When i asked the receipt with diagnosis note, i need to wait extra 30 minutes.
2 star for I'm trying to contact them by phone for 4 times now, and still nobody answer my call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had such a bad experience at the Erha clinic PIM2. I’ve done my facials there for the past 6 months and by the same lady Cynthia.
Today I had to walk out as Cynthia was doable booked. I went in and we started with the make up removal. After that she disappeared for close to 30 minutes as she was doing the lady that next to me whom by the way came 10 minutes after me.
So basically I was never going to get my money’s worth. She didn’t tell me until I asked as I could see what was going on. The sad part is she didn’t see anything wrong. Her explanation was that she has to do 2 people at the same time as her friend (another therapist) didn’t pitch for work.
Also as I was leaving the front desk ladies laughed at me. They thought it was funny.
What bad service! Quite sad as I like this place and my experience has been great up until today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist is very welcome. But unfortunately the doctor seems didnt respect customers time. I spent til 2 hours for waiting. But its ok, the doctor apologize for making me waiting so long.
I got baldness problem, and the doctor very helpful to get what we want, the recommendations, the medicines, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been 2 weeks ago or like this , the place is really nice an organize but the treatment wasn’t good. I get a facial but the therapist only removed the superficial impurities And the air conditioning was really cold and i didn’t felt comfortable I felt like I wasted my time and my money here. I don’t recommend this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently coming here for rapid test covid-19 before having business trip. With the standard price similar to the hospitals and nearby clinics, I decided to come here as a safer place as this is actually beauty clinic.
the place is cozy and spacious. the security and all staff are friendly. The process for rapid rest itself takes not later than 30 minutes inclusive its report.
They treat me nice though I'm not existing member. Thanks Erha.
