★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pegawai kurang ramah,syarat dan ketentuan tdk sesuai,saya sdh dtg jauh2 ingin rencana mempergunakan voucer di hari tersebut,staf my tour mengatakan voucer tdk bs memilih hotel atau penukaran voucer di weekend,pdhl di voucer syarat dan ketentuan jelas 24 jam pelayanan ny,dgn alasan kasir ny sdh tdk ada,karna kode seri ny kasir yg tau,sblm sya ke my tour saya konfrimasi terlbih dahulu by phone,saya menanykan voucer bs dipergunakan lgsg atau tdk?jwban nya bs...akhirnya saya complain di tmpt,akhirnya bs saya dipergunakan pd hari tersebut...dimana2 voucer itu lebih praktis di pergunakan,kenapa ini sangat repot?kita harus ke my tour ny lg,liat hotel nya dsna,repot bgt,pd akhir nya dia sudah bisa hotel tp penuh semua,hanya sdikit yg tersedia,akhirnya saya minta reefund...katanya hari senin saya mau di konfrimasi sm pihak my tour,sampai skrg tdk ada pihak my tour tlp saya,bahkan saya tlp ke my tour tdk ada yg angkat ..
The employees are not friendly, the terms and conditions are not appropriate, I have a long way to go to plan to use the voucher on that day, my tour staff said that the voucher cannot choose a hotel or exchange vouchers on weekends, even though the terms and conditions are clear 24 hours of service the reason for the cashier is not there, because the serial code of the cashier who knows, before I go to my tour, I confirm it first by phone, I asked if the voucher can be used lgsg or not? I used it on that day ... where are the vouchers more practical to use, why is this so troublesome? we have to go to my tour again, see the hotel here, it's really troublesome, at the end he was able to hotel but all full, just a little available, finally I asked for a reefund ... he said Monday I wanted to confirm with my tour, until now there was no my tour party, my phone, even when I went to my tour no one picked up ...
