★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had some bad experiences with Baraya Travel. Yes it's the cheapest shuttle travel service from Jakarta - Bandung and vice versa. But its service quality is as cheap as its price. You could be left without notification, even if you are present at the pool before designated time. You could be left at rest area if you are taking too long resting. It doesn't have good hospitality like its competitors. But then again, it's the cheapest. So bear with it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a lot of space they have but they provide a waiting room with AC, TV and charging station. The vehicles parked outside the area you need to walk again from the office desk but it's not too far, it's inconvenient though when it's raining. And it's one of the cheapest services you can find from jkt to bdg or vice versa. The vehicle is in good condition too so I have a comfortable trip along the way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people in there is friendly and humorous. Even tho, as Indonesian people [too bad], the bus and drivers sometimes late. But it *kinda* covered with a comfy waiting room and several chairs for people who do not get in the waiting room... It has AC in the room and many socket to charge your smartphones!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reception is located on the corner of the building. They have the waiting room and seats outdoor and indoors. I haven't try the indoor one but please do mind the weather if you wait outside, it can be too hot during the day.
There are plenty of choices to book your Jakarta- Bandung trips:
1. Online booking using tiketux or traveloka. I recommend using these options because you might get a good deal for your tix for some seats and of course, it's way more easier
2. You can book in advance by phone call, though the chance to get your seat is limited
3. You also can book on the spot, but I am afraid that there will be seats available or else, they'll put your name on the waiting list
Behind the reception, there are also plenty of food stalls you can try while you wait. There is this one mie ayam that is delish. Enjoy your trip, cheerio ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service, the shuttle bus was so bad and the air con wasn’t working that good, I was all sweating along the way back to Bandung. The place for waiting the shuttle bus was so so, but the staff was lazy and they didn’t give the passengers detailed informations! They didn’t give us which shuttle bus we should go in, so we’re kinda waiting outside a while until he saw us and told us the real shuttle bus. Ugh, what a bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know why the quality of their service now become really bad. I called the call centre with fixed booking schedule, but when come to this place, the schedule is not available. Their reason is about the bus availability. Very bad managed now. I have been using their service since 11 years ago, but this year they make me disappointed. Unfriendly staff. Cheap for sure. I prefer they increase their price with better quality than serve customers with bad travel experience. Also, smoke everywhere, very unhealthy. I don't recommend it at all.
