I love getting my nails done here because it's cheap, ma'am, it's not too harsh, it's just that sometimes I feel tight sometimes my skin bleeds.. But over all it's good, but I'm back there because it's comfortable

The nail art results are really beautiful? I love it. The service is also okay, although the place is small but comfortable.

Secara kualitas bagus. Hanya saja atittude SDM nya yg menurut saya sdkt perlu diperbaiki.
Ini keluhan pasangan saya , dan saat menunggu saya memperhatikan & melihat yg mengerjakan pasangan saya dlm bekerja sambil main HP lbh tepatnya nelpon stlah itu suka mengecek hp nya. Saya kurang tau nama jelas si mba nya.
Dan juga saat saya tidak tahu apakah saat sepi para pekerja seperti santai, enjoy rebahan main hp, kaki ksana ksini, tertawa keras ngerumpi sprti tidak ada konsumen dsitu. Menurut saya tidak etis aja saya sbg konsumen dsitu merasa tidak nyaman.

In good quality. It's just the HR atittude which in my opinion needs to be improved.
This is my partner's complaint, and while waiting I paid attention and saw what my partner was doing at work while playing on his cellphone. More precisely, he called after he liked to check his cellphone. I don't know the name of the lady.
And also when I don't know whether when it's quiet, the workers are relaxing, enjoying lying down playing cellphones, legs here and there, laughing loudly and chatting like there are no customers there. I don't think it's ethical, I as a consumer feel uncomfortable.
