Ngaji ke kiyai Salim gak pernah kerasa bosen.. cara beliau menjabarkan ibarot2 (teks) kitab2 fiqih, tasawuf dan ilmu2 lainnya sangat menarik, sederhana dan mudah sekali di pahami oleh orang awam sekalipun.. beruntung sekali warga kampung rawa domba punya kiyai seperti kiyai Salim..
Mushollanya Kiyai Haji Ahmad Salim Basalamah ... one of the brave Betawi kiyai fi ilmil fiqh, whose fiqh knowledge is like the ocean ... Kyai Salim never feels bored ... the way he describes ibarot2 (text) books of fiqh, tasawuf and other sciences is very interesting, simple and easy to understand even by ordinary people ... it is fortunate that the residents of Swamp Lamb village have kiyai like Salim's kiyai ...
