Dari Abu Martsad Al Ghonawi, beliau berkata bahwa Rasulullah shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam bersabda,
لاَ تُصَلُّوا إِلَى الْقُبُورِ وَلاَ تَجْلِسُوا عَلَيْهَا
“Janganlah shalat menghadap kubur dan janganlah duduk di atasnya” (HR. Muslim no. 972).
Dari Jundab, ia berkata bahwa ia mendengar Rasulullah shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam bersabda,
أَلاَ وَإِنَّ مَنْ كَانَ قَبْلَكُمْ كَانُوا يَتَّخِذُونَ قُبُورَ أَنْبِيَائِهِمْ وَصَالِحِيهِمْ مَسَاجِدَ أَلاَ فَلاَ تَتَّخِذُوا الْقُبُورَ مَسَاجِدَ إِنِّى أَنْهَاكُمْ عَنْ ذَلِكَ
“Ingatlah bahwa orang sebelum kalian, mereka telah menjadikan kubur nabi dan orang sholeh mereka sebagai masjid. Ingatlah, janganlah jadikan kubur menjadi masjid. Sungguh aku benar-benar melarang dari yang demikian” (HR. Muslim no. 532).
 Why does the mosque have a grave ???
From Abu Martsad Al Ghonawi, he said that the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam said,
Do not go up to the pit and do not go up to her.
"Do not pray facing the grave and do not sit on it" (Narrated by Muslim no. 972).
From Jundab, he said that he heard the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam say,
ألا وإن من كان قبلكم كانوا يتخذون قبور أنبيائهم وصالحيهم مساجد ألا فلا تتخذوا القبور مساجد إنى أنهاكم عن ذلك
"Remember that the people before you, they have made the tomb of the Prophet and their pious people as a mosque. Remember, do not turn a grave into a mosque. Indeed, I forbid from such "(Narrated by Muslim no. 532).
