Treatment and doctors are good ...The admins and other staff are really ruining the name of the hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have good doctors actually, but administration and the customer service is super terrible.
I went for antigen test this afternoon, waiting for about 1.5 hours just for register, and then wait another 10 minutes for the 5 seconds antigen tests. I asked them to send the result by whatsapp, they even pingpong me between 1st floor to 2nd floor just to request the result to be send via whatsapp, 4 hours later i still dont get the result and just now i called, they said JUST WAIT and call again after Magrib pray? Seriously, this hospital is lack of customer service.
The other day i got charged for doctor PPE (mask, hazmat suit while the doctor is not wearing any) seriously, i think this should be reported to Ministry of Health.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their Doctors are good, some of the nurses are very accommodative. However the queuing system are in a complete mess, don't be surprised to wait for more than 45 Minutes where the cashier with no patients are very slow processing their administration. I have been here 3 times, and it is HELL to wait for invoice settlement. The hospital should heavily considering changing their system seriously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor was good, but i think the administation staff quite slow and they even skip and missed my Antigent test :( so i need to ask from reception to cashier repeatedly just like ping pong, please need to add more staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprehensive Health screening (MCU) at VIP lounge Murni Teguh Hospital Jakarta was satisfactory.
I put this as 3C experiences.
CARE. CLEAN. COMFY
The doctors mostly attentive, the equipment updated and all areas comfortable.
Breakfast was nice but lunch was ok.
All staff and nurses are well trainned and very attentive. Some check up were behind schedule, spent almost 6hours here.
The most value is how the medical check up can be tailor-made according what we need. So far new to me, discussing in-depth about Diet & Nutrition
very insightful. Thank you for your superb care to me and my mom.
