Kelebihannya :
Tempatnya bersih, petugasnya juga gesit, gak ada tukang parkir, kalaupun ada kita gak usah bayar karena motornya kita liat langsung :D
Kekurangannya :
Kurang bersahabat buat parkir mobil, selain bagian depan parkir yang sempit di tambah arus lalu lintas yang padat, dan.... kadang suka gak ada tukang parkir yang bantu mobil
