★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik kecil dengan satu dokter umum, saya tak tahu dengan penyerahan obat yang ada di klinik ini apakah oleh seorang TTK( tenaga teknis kefarmasian ) atau tenaga lainnya, kmarin itu lupa bertanya.
A small clinic with a general practitioner, I do not know whether the delivery of drugs in this clinic was by a TTK (pharmaceutical technical worker) or other personnel, yesterday forgot to ask.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan dari admin dan operator di lobby depan sangat buruk. Saat dikonfirmasi via telfon berbeda dengan kondisi real di klinik.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama kali berobat ke klinik Medira ini sudah mendapatkan pelayanan yg kurang berkenan dari awal daftar petugasnya tdk menerapkan salam sapa santunnya dan penyampaian petugas di awal dan di akhir kunjungan berbeda yg awalnya blng bisa minta surat dokter???petugas bilang"bisa minta saja nnti dgn dokternya"eh giliran mau pembayaran malah petugasnya bilang"lain kali tidak bisa y hanya minta surat dokter saja" heloooo saya kesini bayar dan suami saya ketemu dokter dan di periksa sama dokter!!! Mngkn Krn saya tdk mengambil obatnya makanya petugasnya bilang sprti itu dan petugasnya bilang"obatnya tidak bisa tebus di luar" sejak kapan y pasien di larang membeli obat di luar bukannya itu hak pasien mau di ambil obatnya atw tidak mau tebus di luar atw tidak??!!!!!!! Sayakan bayar tidak minta2!!!! kecuali obatnya itu ada pelaporannya sprti Narkotika atw psikotropika baru deh tdk bisa tebus di apotek lain hrs di tempat tsb sesuai dokter yg menulisnya. . Saya bener2 kecewa dgn pelayanan di klinik Medira ini saya berbicara sprti ini Krn saya org kesehatan dan saya jg paham,,baru kali ini berobat di larang tebus obat di luar dan di paksa hrs tebus jg,,untuk dokternya justru saya ancungin jempol Krn dokternya yg ramah dan baik pelayanan dokternya terhadap suami saya nice bgd..Mohon untuk di perbaiki lg dlm salam sapa santunnya jg dlm penyampaian informasi ke pasien,,pasien dtng dlm keadaan sakit jd tolong keramahannya dlm bekerja...Trima kasih
The first time for treatment at the Medira clinic, I already received unsatisfactory service from the beginning of the list of officers who did not apply the greetings and manners and the delivery of the officers at the beginning and at the end of the visit was different who initially couldn't ask for a doctor's letter??? the officer said "can you just ask later with the doctor "uh, it's my turn to pay, even the clerk says "next time you can't, just ask for a doctor's letter" hello, I'm here to pay and my husband met the doctor and was examined by the doctor!!! Maybe it's because I didn't take the medicine that's why the officer said like that and the officer said "the medicine can't be redeemed outside" since when is it forbidden for patients to buy medicine outside, isn't it the right of the patient to take the medicine or not to redeem it outside or not?? !!!!!! I pay not ask!!!! unless the medicine has a report, such as new narcotics or psychotropic substances, it cannot be redeemed at another pharmacy, it must be at the place according to the doctor who wrote it. . I am really disappointed with the service at the Medira clinic, I speak like this because I am a health person and I also understand,, this is the first time for treatment, it is forbidden to redeem drugs outside and forced to be redeemed too,, for the doctor, I give the thumbs up because the doctor is friendly and good, the doctor's service to my husband is very nice..Please improve again in terms of greeting and manners in conveying information to patients,, patients come in sick so please be friendly at work...Thank you
