★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya berobat sekitar tahun 2018, saya itu ada keluhan gatal di beberapa titik kulit di badan. Saat pemeriksaan saya harus buka baju. Entah kenapa justru dokter mengomentari bagian tubuh saya yang lain bukan bagian kulit saya yang sedang sakit. Komentarnya lebih ke arah body shaming. Saya nggak masalah dengan karakter dokternya yang galak, atau biaya mahal. Tapi sayang sekali dokter yang memang sudah sepuh tapi cantik dan bugar ini harus memaksakan standar kecantikannya ke orang lain. Terlebih dengan kata-kata yang menurut saya kasar.
Satu hal, sakit kulit saya tidak berkurang walaupun obat mulai dari obat telan, pil, salep, sabun sudah habis saya pakai.
 I received treatment around 2018, I had complaints of itching at several points of the skin on the body. During the examination I had to take off my clothes. For some reason, the doctor commented on other parts of my body, not the part of my skin that was sick. His comments are more towards body shaming. I don't have a problem with the doctor's fierce character, or the high cost. But it's a shame that this doctor who is already old but beautiful and fit has to impose his beauty standards on others. Especially with words that I think are harsh.
One thing, my skin pain did not decrease even though I had used up all the medicines, starting from the ingested medicine, pills, ointments, and soap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pernah ke sini sekali doang utk konsul ance, tapi gak ada yg cocok krimnya, malah jadi kasar, ngelupas, dan perih. Pas lagi konsul, di dalam ruangan ada 3 atau 4 pasien yang masuk sekaligus, sang dokter gak fokus ngecek kulit saya, karena sambil ngobrol ngalor ngidul sama dokter gizi yg main ke ruangannya, dan sambil ngobrol juga dg pasien lain. Gak nyaman sih menurut saya.
I've only been here once for consul ance, but none of the creams matched the cream, instead it became rough, peeling, and sore. When I was the consul, there were 3 or 4 patients in the room at once, the doctor didn't focus on checking my skin, because I was chatting with the nutritionist who was playing in his room, and while chatting with other patients. It's not comfortable in my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sekitar tahun 2020 saya melakukan treatment coater di sini, dan sampai sekarang wajah saya belum sembuh total dan masih ada bekas, karena proses coater nya terlalu dalam menurutnya, sehingga meninggalkan bekas di wajah saya.
Saat itu memang dilakukan PK treatment setiap minggu dan selama lebih kurang 6 bulan untuk proses penyembuhan ini katanya, dan juga minum obat selama itu tentu selain cream nya juga siang dan malam tamg membutuhkan biaya yang tidak sedikit.
Tetapi hasilnya nihil, dan sampai saat ini juga tidak sembuh2 sehingga seperti ada flex hitam di wajah saya.
Hanya ini yang dapat saya sharing, semoga bermanfaat buat semuanya.

But the results are nil, and until now it has not healed so it looks like there are black flexes on my face.
