★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mantan kos dulu. lokasi & fasilitas lumayan, tapi penjaga kosnya nggak profesional.
komplain ttg fasilitas kamar yg rusak ga pernah ditanggepin. tapi suka cerewet soal hal2 yg bahkan ga termasuk peraturan kos. jadi berasa numpang, padahal kita bayar.
yang paling bikin kapok, ternyata tanpa ijin beberapa kali ketauan masuk kamar, katanya buat matiin AC & lampu yg masih nyala (?). kalaupun iya, kamar adalah privasi dan nggak seharusnya main masuk aja tanpa izin.
selain itu juga beberapa kali ada kecoa dan tikus, kebersihannya mungkin bisa lebih ditingkatkan.
ini hanya masukan pemilik, karena penyewa kos nggak ada akses ke nomor pemilik. walaupun katanya penjaga kos masih keluarga dengan pemilik, kalau sikap penjaga kos bisa ditingkatkan, mungkin penyewa kedepannya bisa lebih betah.
 former boarding house first. location & facilities are decent, but the boarding house guards are not professional.
complaints about damaged room facilities have never been responded to. but likes to nag about things that don't even include boarding rules. so it feels like hitching a ride, even though we paid.
the most make cured, it turns out without permission several times caught in the room, he said to turn off the AC & lights are still on (?). even if it does, the room is privacy and shouldn't play without permission.
besides that there are also cockroaches and rats several times, the cleanliness might be improved.
This is only input from the owner, because there is no access to the boarding number of the owner. even though it is said that the boarding house guard is still a family of owners, if the boarding house attitudes can be improved, perhaps the tenants in the future can be more comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Setiap senin malam ada pasar kaget di sepanjang jalan depan kos, jadi mobil nggak bisa masuk sampe depan kos. Jadi ribet banget apalagi kalau lagi hujan. Yang mengecewakan, ini nggak diinfo sebelumnya oleh penjaga kos. Padahal bisa jadi bahan pertimbangan sebelum memutuskan pindah kesini.
Kebersihannya juga kurang dijaga. Pernah liat ada kencing tikus/kucing di lorong dibiarkan saja berhari-hari.
Nggak lama disini, begitu dapat kos baru langsung pindah. Sayang sekali padahal akses jalannya strategis.
Every Monday night there is a shock market along the road in front of the boarding house, so cars cannot enter until the front boarding house. So it's very complicated especially when it's raining again. What is disappointing, this was not informed previously by the boarding guards. Though it could be taken into consideration before deciding to move here.
Cleanliness is also poorly maintained. I've seen a mouse / cat piss in the hallway for days.
Not long here, so can a new boarding house immediately moved. Too bad even though the access road is strategic.
