Bangunan baru jadi akhir 2019. Desainnya minimalis, dan kamar mandinya luas.
AC nya juga rutin diservice, biasanya akan ditanya / didata siapa yang memerlukan service.
Bapak kostnya juga cepat tanggap setiap ada keluhan. Dan setiap hari ada mba yang membersihkan koridor dan dapur.
Di depan kos ada pasar setiap pagi sampai jam 10-11 siang. Gangnya muat 1 mobil aja. PR nya paling pas order mobil pasti tega gak tega minta jemput/anter sampai depan kost.
Harganya oke banget dengan fasilitas km mandi dalem, AC, wifi, tempat tidur, meja, dan water heater, cctv tiap lantai.
Ini kos paling terbaik deh, sayangnya musti pindah kota. Klo perlu kos di jakarta, pasti bakalan kesini lagi.
Sukses selalu Pak! Semoga setelah pandemi selesai, kos akan terisi penuh lagi.. :)

In front of the boarding house there is a market every morning until 10-11 noon. Can not just fit 1 car. The homework is the best fit for a car order, definitely don't have the heart to ask to pick up / queue up to the front of the boarding house.
The price is really good with the facilities in the inner bathroom, air conditioning, wifi, beds, tables, and water heater, CCTV on each floor.
This is the best boarding house, unfortunately we have to move cities. If you need boarding house in Jakarta, you will definitely come here again.

New boarding, clean, neat, bathroom in room, air conditioning, table chair, single spring bed, water heater, shower, closet, WIFI, public kitchen, finger print, so safe, especially for women ... I like the room because the price is pretty good affordable ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kosan ternyaman, kamar mandinya besar dan bersih sekali, fasilitas lengkap, akses kosan pakai fingerscan jadi gak sembarang orang bisa masuk, kalo ada masalah bpk yg punya selalu fast respon, mba kosan juga selalu bantu kalo ada apa-apa, depan kosan ada pasar cari makan gampang. Sayang pindah kerja jadi harus pindah kosan juga.
