★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Monumen Tugu Kemit berada di Jalan Nasional III yang merupakan jalan lintas kota lintas propinsi. Jadi bagi teman-teman yang dari Gombong ke Kebumen atau sebaliknya. Dari Purwokerto ke Yogyakarta dan sebalikny, pasti melewati Monuneb Tugu Kemit ini.
Di atas Tugu, ada dua patung pejuang. Monumen Tugu Kemit ini memang dibangun untuk mengingat sebuah pertenpuran antara Tentara Pelajar Indonesia melawan pasukan Belanda. Hal ini disebabkan karena Belanda melanggar batas wilayah yang sudah ditetapkan dalam perjanjian Linggarjati.
Sayangnya cat Monumen Tugu Kemit sudah memudar. Yang lebih disayangkan lagi, ada tulisan-tulisan dengan kalimat tak pantas. Jadi sebaiknya segera dibenahi kembali
Tugu Kemit Monument is located on National Road III which is an inter-provincial cross-city road. So for friends who are from Gombong to Kebumen or vice versa. From Purwokerto to Yogyakarta and vice versa, it must pass this Monitail Monit.
Above the monument, there are two statues of warriors. This monument Tugu Monument was indeed built to remember a friction between the Indonesian Student Army and the Dutch forces. This is because the Dutch violated the territorial boundaries set out in the Linggarjati agreement.
Unfortunately the Kemit Monument monument paint has faded. Even more unfortunate, there are writings with inappropriate sentences. So you should immediately fix it again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tugu sejarah perjuangan,Monggo sekedar foto untuk kenangan, apalagi dekat dng pasar tradisional Kemit,bisa mampir belanja dulu.????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sedih.... sekarang kurang terawat... dulu jaman aq masih SD..(SDN 02 Panjatan) sepekan sekali jalan2 kesitu.. suruh bawa alat kebersihan sama ibu dan bapak guru untuk membersihkan "TUGU KEMIT" yg mana merupakan saksi bisu Rakyat Indonesia melawan penjajah belanda pd saat itu...
Kmren blm lama lewat kok... kotor sekali.. padahal dl kinclong.. malah kalo hbis kami bersihkan bisa buat prosotan..
Semoga ada tindak lanjut dr pemerintahan setempat untuk memperhatikan kembali salah satu peninggalan bersejarah ini... Aamiin...
It's sad.... now it's not well maintained... in the past when I was still in elementary school.. (SDN 02 Panjatan) once a week I went there.. ordered to bring cleaning tools with my mother and teacher to clean the "TUGU KEMIT" which is the silent witness of the people Indonesia against the Dutch colonialists at that time...
Kmren hasn't been around for a long time...it's really dirty.. even though inside it's shiny.. even if we finish cleaning it can make a slide..
Hopefully there will be a follow-up from the local government to pay attention to one of these historical relics... Amen...
