โ โ โ โ โ Driver dan mobil ok tetapi staff admin sangat tidak professional. Saya meminta untuk driver diberi petunjuk untuk membawa sign board untuk menjemput tamu saya dr luar negeri tp mereka tidak memberi tahu driver sama sekali. Padahal saya sudah sampai datang ke office mereka untuk memastikan. Admin jg sangat tidak teliti saat saya meminta untuk di hitung berapa total biaya untuk sampai jam tertentu dan saat sudah selesai saya dikenai biaya tambahan overtime. Tidak professional.
 Drivers and cars are ok but the admin staff is very unprofessional. I asked the driver to be given instructions to bring a sign board to pick up my guests from overseas but they didn't tell the driver at all. Even though I arrived at their office to be sure. Admin is also very inaccurate when I ask to be calculated how much the total cost for a certain hour and when it is finished I incur additional overtime fees. Unprofessional.

โ โ โ โ โ Pertama kali coba sewa mobil di sini untuk keliling bagiin paket sebulanan baby. Ternyata pelayanannya OK banget, sopirnya datang tepat waktu pas awal jemput, ramah, sopan dan juga ringan tangan untuk bantu atur peletakan paket di dalam mobil, dan yang terpenting nyaman bawa mobilnya. Pokoknya sangat direkomendasikan deh, terima kasih ya untuk mitra mobil atas kerjasamanya.
The first time try to rent a car here to go around sharing the month sebulanan baby package. It turned out that the service was very OK, the driver arrived on time at the beginning of the pick up, friendly, polite and also light-handed to help arrange the placement of packages in the car, and most importantly, comfortably bring the car. Anyway, it is highly recommended, thank you to the car partners for their cooperation.
