Selalu memberi penjelasan secara lengkap dan sederhana sehingga mudah dimengerti untuk setiap pertanyaan, sabar menjawab pertanyaan dari klien, cepat tanggap dalam memberi respon, siap hampir 24 jam dalam 6 hari meskipun bukan di jam kerja.
