apakah pelayanan publik dibatasi sampai jam 12 siang dan mulai lagi jam 1 siang..saya melakukan pelunasan angsuran kendaraan saya di ACC cabang meruya samping tol kebon jeruk setelah saya melakukan transaksi pembayaran dan pelunasan dan tinggal menunggu serah terima BPKB pas waktu menunjukkan jam 12 siang dan petugas ACC segera closing pelayanan publik .apakah itu sudah menjadi aturan baku ACC..sedangkan custumer menginginkan pelayanan yang baik..dan masukan untuk petugas security berikut CS harus melayani dengan ramah dan sopan terhadap customer..

Is public service limited to 12 noon and start again at 1 pm.. I paid off my vehicle installments at the ACC Meruya branch next to the Kebon Jeruk toll road after I made the payment and settlement transaction and just waited for the handover of the BPKB when the time showed 12 noon and ACC officers immediately closed public services. Has that become the standard ACC rule.. While customers want good service.. and input for security officers and CS must serve friendly and courteous to customers..
