Terakhir kesana pelayanan sudah membaik, dibantu untuk menghitung kemauan dan budget konsumen dengan mbak ami. Tapi masih harus tanya dulu ke costumer service duluan, baiknya cs menanyakan duluan ke konsumen karena konsumen segan untuk bertanya apalagi kalo ga ngerti istilah percetakan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ saya rekomendasikan percetakan ini untuk yang punya budget minim tapi mau kualitas bagus. Memang dari segi pelayanan pelanggan masih kurang tapi kualitas cetakan cukup baik.
I recommend this printing for those who have a minimal budget but want good quality. Indeed in terms of customer service is still lacking but the print quality is quite good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya cukup kecewa dengan pelayanan mitra green yang kurang profesional. Saya telepon awalnya utk konfirmasi jam kerja mengingat sudah malam (jam 7 malam) dan tempat cukup sulit di cari. Diyakinkan bahwa tempat tersebut 24jam dan bisa di tunggu utk pembuatan kartu nama(langsung jadi). Setelah sampai di lokasi, ternyata paling cepat esok hari bisa di kerjakan. Yang menginformasikan pun hanya tertawa-tawa saat menyampaikan hal tersebut. Mohon ditingkatkan lagi pelayanan Mitra Green dan berintegritas menjanjikan sesuai yang sudah di informasi kan. Terima kasih.
I am quite disappointed with the service of a less professional green partner. I initially called to confirm working hours since it was late (7 pm) and the place was quite difficult to find. Be assured that the place is 24 hours and can be waited on for making business cards (ready to be). After arriving at the location, it turns out the fastest tomorrow can be done. The informants were only laughing when they said that. Please improve Green Partner services and have promising integrity with what you have already informed. thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong perhatikan mesin cetak kalian. Dulu ada 2, skrng hanya 1 mesin, dan sangat sering rusak. Akhirnya digital printnya pending2 hari jadi. Kalau kalian percetakan punya 2 cabang, hanya punya 1 mesin cetak, dan satu2nya rusak, gimana mau survive? Bagaimana mau nambah volume cetaknya. ?
Please pay attention to your printing press. There used to be 2, now only 1 machine, and it breaks very often. Finally the digital print is pending 2 days. If you printers have 2 branches, only have 1 printing machine, and one of them is damaged, how are you going to survive? How do you want to increase the print volume? ?

The results are bad and different from the file, I regret printing here, I want to ask for it to be replaced, it's difficult and there are so many reasons...
