★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ni baguan pengambilan klo ada ada yg ngambil barang klo bukan bagiannya gk ada yg mau ngambilin auto nunggu lama tolong untuk saya smabagai driver ojol sangat merugikan waktunya

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super parah. Katanya barang bisa diambil jam 17.00 saya sampe sana 17.00 lewat sampe jam 19.00 cuma disuruh tunggu dan sabar. Akhirnya saya inisiatif ambil sendiri ke Prima ekspress sampe sana diinfokan kalo barang saya ada masalah, dan pihak primaGraphia sama sekali ga info apa2. 2 jam nunggu di sana dari CS sampe karyawan sana ga ada yg bantu apa2, malah asik sendiri minum boba sambil gonta ganti musik. Aneh! Buang2 waktu saya, super kapok dateng kesini.
Super bad. He said the goods can be picked up at 17.00 I got there 17.00 past until 19.00 just told to wait and be patient. Finally, I took the initiative myself to Prima Ekspress until there I was informed that there was a problem with my item, and PrimaGraphia did not have any information at all. 2 hours of waiting there from CS until the employees there, no one helped, they were just enjoying themselves drinking boba while mutually changing the music. Weird! Wasting my time, super tired of coming here.

Sekarang kan gak di sediain edit... Klo mau edit suruh ke pusat... Timbang ganti tulisan aja , di deskprint gak mau gak mau bener... Lebih memilih gak jadi cetak...
Ampun deh... Tapi terima kasih jadi dapet tempat lain yg cocok.

Now it's not ready to edit... If you want to edit, tell the center... Just change the writing, the deskprint doesn't want it to be correct... I'd rather not print it...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2x ngeprint card di sini tp kecewa banget karna nunggu lama, buang2 waktu banget nunggu sampe 2 jam!
Kejadian pertama : ngeprint hari Sabtu siang, katanya bisa diambil sore, tp saya baru ambil hari Senin pagi dan ternyata barangnya belum selesai di cutting, alhasil saya masih harus tunggu 1 jam ?, pdhl kmrn dikasih tau bisa diambil Sabtu,m sore tp Senin pagi belum selesai.
Kejadian kedua : ngeprint hari Rabu siang, katanya bisa diambil Rabu jam 5 sore, saya dateng Rabu jam 17.15 tapi masih belum selesai dong, malah barang digeletakin aja belum di cutting, udah nunggu 1/2 jam eh didatengin petugas pengambilan barang katanya suruh tunggu lagi 1/2 jam ?, sampe jam 18.40 barang belum juga kelar, pdhl cuma tinggal cutting doang, pdhl yg perlu dicutting itu cuma 11 lembar ?.
Gimana nih pelayanannya, klo ga sanggup selesai di hari yg sama jangan bilang bisa diambil dong, udah dateng sesuai jam tapi barang belum selesai dan masih harus nunggu hampir 2 jam itu kan buang waktu saya, emangnya saya ga punya kerjaan harus nunggu sampe 2 jam, setiap ditanya sebentar lagi sebentar lagi tp total nunggu 2 jam!!!!!! Gila kali!!!
2x printing cards here but I'm really disappointed because the wait is long, it's a waste of time waiting up to 2 hours!
The first incident: printing on Saturday afternoon, it said it could be picked up in the afternoon, but I just took it on Monday morning and it turns out that the item hasn't been cut yet, as a result I still have to wait 1 hour ?, even though I was told you can pick it up Saturday, afternoon but Monday morning not finished yet.
The second incident: printing on Wednesday afternoon, they said it could be picked up Wednesday at 5 pm, I came on Wednesday at 17.15 but it's still not finished yet, even though the item has not been cut, I've been waiting for 1/2 hour. 1/2 hour , until 18.40 the goods are still not finished, even though it's only cutting, even though the only thing that needs to be cut is 11 sheets ?.
How's the service, if you can't finish it on the same day, don't tell me you can pick it up, it's arrived on time but the goods haven't been finished yet and I still have to wait almost 2 hours, that's a waste of my time, I really don't have anything to do, I have to wait up to 2 hours, every time you ask it will take a while but the total wait is 2 hours!!!!!! Crazy times!!!
