★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh wow, what a nice building! The location is right by the busway station, so it's great. The park in front of the building is super nice and well-maintained. I can imagine myself sitting while sipping coffee in the park. Hahaha. It's certainly refreshing to see beautiful greens among the Central Jakarta skyscrapers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super inconvenient when you go home at night, every gate is closed and not friendly for walking, also if rain, you’ll get soaked due to no roof in pedestrian. Super painful

Smoking area in the garden during evening was great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks modern and very well organize building. Btw kindly educate your security guard to understand how to implement wearing a mask to prevent Covid-19. The guy argued to me said a mask is mandatory, btw I was seating in the open air garden by maintaining distance with my friends there. Halllooo ..... fresh air is much better and less risk compare with circulated Air Conditioned in the building while we sat down and discuss by maintaining 2 meters distance??
