β β β β β Harus buat janji via telp, tapi bagian CS sepanjang hari tidak bisa angkat telepon. Akhirnya terpaksa datang hanya untuk reprint rekening koran, antri sudah 1 jam lebih tidak dipanggil panggil. Ayo donk beresin cara pelayanan nasabahnya

β β β β β Pelayanannya sangat mengecewakan sekali, saya telepon hanya tanya rekening koran perusahaan saya sudah dikirim atau belum, eh disuruh tunggu dulu di cek dulu, setelah di cek jawabannya, tak terduga katanya saya tidak berhak bertanya karena tidak ada kuasa, sampai saya tegaskan lagi cuma tanya sudah dikirim atau belum aja mba?dijawab iya tidak ada hak untuk bertanya rekening koran sudah dikirim atau belum, lalu saya alihkan pertanyaan kalau konfirmasi audit sudah dikirim belum?dijawab sudah... Jadi kesimpulannya adalah mereka belum kirim rekening koran, hanya karena gengsi mengakui kesalahan dengan alasan saya tidak punya hak bertanya, lucu kan Bank of china ini, semoga bos saya mau mendengar ocehan saya dan menarik uangnya pindah ke bank lain
The service was very disappointing, I called only to ask my company checking account whether it was sent or not, I was told to wait first, after checking the answer, unexpectedly he said I had no right to ask because there was no power, until I reiterated it was just asking already sent or not, mba? answered yes there is no right to ask whether the checking account has been sent or not, then I divert the question if the audit confirmation has not been sent? answered already ... So the conclusion is they have not sent a checking account, only because they are proud to admit mistakes on the grounds that I have no right to ask, funny is this Bank of China, I hope my boss will listen to my babbling and withdraw the money to move to another bank

β β β β β Location is very easy to find located in the main Lobby of Tamara Center which is one of the old Tower in Sudirman Street. The service level is good but the paper work quite slow. There are some chinese customers doing transactions with the bank.
