★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pernah dulu pas hamil sekitar 30 minggu telinga saya pernah kemasukan serangga, penanganannya cukup lama dokternya cuman satu pas saya datang jam 8 malam, kalau untuk yg ga punya bpjs termasuk mahal biayanya menurutku.
Padahal obatnya cuman anti biotik dan tetes telinga.
 Once, when I was pregnant for about 30 weeks, my ears were once possessed by insects, the doctors took care of them for quite a long time when I arrived at 8pm, if for those who don't have BPJs it would be expensive according to me.
Even though the medicine is only biotic and ear drops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya kecewa,,bawa anak buat d jahit lukanya tp belum meresap obat biusnya udh lngsung main jahit aja,d totol2 lukanya ankq triak2 sakit2 tp msih nekat aja jahit,,alhasil anakq berontak krna kesakitan pas d jahit,byangin anak umur 5th d jahit pdhl obtnya belum meresap! dh sampe d jahitan terakhir br mngkin udh meresap biusnya krna anakq g pke berontak cuman nangis aja,pdhl sy ksna fasilitas umum tp sy g merasa puas sm sekali?
I was disappointed, brought the child to have the wound stitched, but the anesthetic had not absorbed, I just started sewing right away, and the spots on the wound were sick but still desperate to sew, as a result, the child rebelled because it hurt when he was sewing, imagine a 5 year old child being sewn up The medicine hasn't absorbed yet! I've arrived at the last stitch, maybe the anesthetic has absorbed because my child doesn't want to rebel, just cry, even though I have public facilities but I don't feel satisfied at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Orangtua saya kecelakaan tetapi ga ditangani sama sekali.. boro2 bikin surat rujukan ke rumah sakit, dikasih betadine aja ga sama sekali.. klinik paling payah.. percuma embel2 24 jam tp kayak gitu pelayanannya...
My parents had an accident but they weren't treated at all.. it's a waste of time to make a referral letter to the hospital, not giving betadine at all.. the worst clinic.. 24 hours is useless but the service is like that...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faskes di sekitar pengging yang punya fasilitas rawat inap dan IGD 24jam. Banyak saudara dan tetangga yang dirawat inap disini jadi sering bolak balik untuk menjenguk. Belum pernah mendapat perawatan sama sekali disini, tapi dari penuturan teman dan kerabat disini harga lumayan mahal. Meski demikian tetap menerima BPJS.
Health facilities around pengging who have inpatient and emergency facilities 24 hours. Many relatives and neighbors who are hospitalized here often go back and forth to visit. Never got treatment at all here, but from the words of friends and relatives here the price is quite expensive. Nevertheless, they still accept BPJS.

Saya kaget saat bezok ternyata bebas tanpa protokol kesehatan, siapapun langsung bisa masuk dengan bebas tidak ada tempat cuci tangan tidak ada hand sanitaizer, tidak pemeriksaan suhu tubuh, tidak memakai maskerpun bebas. Keluarga saya masuk negatif covid 19, setelah 4 hari dirawat dinyatakan positif covid 19 disuruh menyeledaikan semua biaya perawatan. Saya mau membayar semua biaya perwatan tapi minta untuk dirujuk ke Rumah Sakit dengan protokol kesehatan biar tidak menyebarkan Covit 19 ke orang lain. Klinik mau sehingga saya harus membayar biaya perawatan plus biaya ambulan. Total biaya 4 hari perawatan dan ambulan Rp. 5.253.000 ( lima juta dua ratus lima puluh tiga ribu rupiah). Saya trafer lunas.
Ditunggu tidak dirujuk rujuk, sampai hampir jam 12 malam. Setelah itu dengan alasan tidak ada Rumah Sakit yang tidak mau menerima rujukkan keluarga saya di usir pulang. Jam 12 malam lebih terpaksa pulang, dengan sakit yang belum sembuh dan malah ditambah penyakit, yaitu positif Covid 19.

My family tested negative for covid 19, after 4 days of being treated, they tested positive for covid 19 and was told to pay for all treatment costs. I want to pay all the costs of treatment but ask to be referred to a hospital with health protocols so as not to spread Covit 19 to others. The clinic wanted so I had to pay for the treatment plus the ambulance fee. The total cost of 4 days of care and an ambulance is Rp. 5.253,000 (five million two hundred fifty three thousand rupiah). I'm a paid transfer.
Waited for not being referred to refer, until almost 12 o'clock at night. After that, with the excuse that there was no hospital that would not accept a referral, my family was sent home. At 12 o'clock at night, I was forced to go home, with an illness that had not healed and even added a disease, which was positive for Covid 19.
