Kondisi saat pandemi begini untuk pelayanan dan pengaturan tempat di dalam ruangan sudah baik ada penerapan social distacing, mungkin untuk posisi satpam atau petugas yg jaga di depan pintu kalau ada pengunjung masuk lalu ngobrol/ kebingungan bisa diluar qtau tempat yg luas karena menghalangi jalan jadi efek social distancing harus tetap dilakukan. Untuk parkiran mungkin perlu diperluas dan diberi peneduh.

Bank BRI unit area Pengging Banyudono. Melayani nasabah baru serta melayani kegiatan perbankan. Sebaiknya datang sebelum jam 1 siang bila ingin tarik tunai atau transfer dengan jumlah diatas 25jt. Memiliki petugas keamanan yang ramah dan profesional. Petugas teller maupun CS juga baik tangguh serta murah senyum. Parkir roda dua teduh dan roda empat memadai namun tanpa peneduh.

We recommend that you arrive before 1 pm if you want to withdraw cash or transfer with an amount above 25 million. Has a friendly and professional security officer. Kurang puas. CS nya kerja nya kurang cepat dan terkesan lamban. Apa lgi antri nya banyak. Beda sama bank yg lain. Mohon pelanyanan nya agak di tingkat kan agar supaya semuanya enak dan nyaman.

Tellernya aneh.. Ada yang nitip tanpa nomer antrian diterima, pdhl antriannya cukup banyak..ada kondisi spesial kah bagi mereka??
The teller is weird.. Some people pick up without a queue number being accepted, even though the queue is quite a lot.. is there any special conditions for them??

Bank bri yang gabisa apa apa , pelayanan yang bad banget sekelas bank perasaan di bank bank lain yg saya pakai bahkan bank yg cakupannya tidak seluas bank plat ini pun pelayanan jauh lebih memuaskan dan sangat welcome untuk dibantu sampai kelar, disini yg ada zonk dateng2 paling nanti suruh ke pusat aja. Mau ini itu padahal tertera bisa datang ke bank terdekat , eh datang kesini pasti selalu jawabannya dilempar suruh ke pusat aja. Lha ini bank terus tugasnya melayani apa ? Cuma tarik setor itung duit kah ? Cs apa gabisa gitu lo. Penjelasan orang yg dipintu entah itu security atau anggota bank juga gak jelas kaya orang sekedar ngalihin biar ke pusat aja. Kalo enggak untuk metode pembayaran bisnis males banget ngurus di bank ini. Kalo mau yang sekiranya butuh penanganan bagus buat kalian semua mending langsung ke pusat aja , gausah ngeluangin waktu dateng kesini dan antri disini.
