Kasihan ini selalu ramai dipenuhi jamaah warga setempat dan pendatang, terutama waktu Maghrib. tidak hanya itu, setiap sore bada Ashar juga ada rutinitas ngaji anak-anak TPA. khusus bulan Ramadhan masjid ini mengadakan pengajian umum dan menyediakan takjil dan menu buka puasa secara gratis menjelang waktu berbuka puasa.
