★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya lumayan luas, ada yang ac dan tidak. Banyak kamarnya. Cuma cepet habisnya. Lingkungan lumayan bagus. Didepannya ada alfamart juga.
The place is quite spacious, some are ac and not. Lots of rooms. It's just running out fast. The environment is pretty good. In front of him is Alfamart too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini kos putri dengan kamarnya lumayan banyak, ada dua lantai, ada dapur bersama di atas sama dibawah, udah ada ovennya juga, tapi kulkasnya nggak nyala. Kalo mau nyuci sendiri bisa, disediain jemuran di atas lagi, atasnya dapur gitu. Ada ruang tamunya juga, ruang tamunya dibagi jadi dua ruang gitu, ada dua set meja kursi, lumayan luas kalo buat belajar bareng, apalagi pacaran. Eh iya, tapi tamu cowok dilarang masuk ke kamar ya, kecuali abang galon atau abang laundry, abang gojek biasanya nunggu di alfam*rt, atau kalo udah ngerti ya masuk, sampe ruang tamu aja. Ada kamar ber AC, ada yang non AC. Harganya worth it sih, bisa request buat berapa bulan atau langsung per tahun. Per kamar udah sama kamar mandi, tapi kamarnya kosongan, listriknya udah per kamar, jadi nggak ribet patungan dan bisa ngontrol penggunaan listrik sendiri. Jadi gak bikin berantem antar anak kos~. Yang jaga enak juga, tinggalnya di satu rumah, di sebelahnya ruang tamu, kalo ada keluhan secepetnya dibenerin. Gerbang kosnya tutup jam 10 pas, rajin kan. Meskipun disini banyak kamarnya, tapi sepi, kondusif buat belajar, bukan yang rame banget mentang mentang banyak kamar. Buat yang nyari kos dan nggak bisa belajar di tempat rame, cocok nih disini, yang mau aman, tentram. Parkirannya juga lumayan luas, ada buat motor, ada buat mobil, tapi kalo mau bawa mobil pikir pikir lagi deh, cuma muat 5 mobil soalnya. Sama jalan masuk ke kosnya terbatas, soalnya di belakang alfam*rtnya, jadi kudu ekstra hati hati kalo mau parkir atau mau keluar.
