Cuma ada beberapa saran dari saya
1. Mienya dikasih kuah dong biar lebih segar. Atau emang saya yg nggk ngerti ya ? Mie bangka itu penyajiannya tanpa kuah kah ?
2. Preparing-nya kurang persiapan, harusnya sudah mulai prepare sblm customer pada datang. Supaya customer tdk menunggu terlalu lama
3. No antrian harusnya langsung saja diberikan kepada yg lbh dulu datang
4. Kurangnya antisipasi kalau parkir kendaraan membludak. Kalau memang parkiran utama (dpn outlet) udh penuh, customer diarahkan untuk parkir dimana selain di depan outlet
5. Peralatan makannya ditambah, sendok n garpu blm ada tadi (sampai tulisan ini dibuat), cuma ada sumpit. Customer sampai ada yg kesulitan makan karena nggk terbiasa pakai sumpit
6. Botol kecap, saos, sambel, garam, cuka. Biar bisa ditambahkan sesuai selera masing2 customer
Udh gitu aja... ^_^

There are only a few suggestions from me
1. The noodles are given soup, so it's fresher. Or is it really me who doesn't understand? Bangka noodles are served without the sauce?
2. The preparing is lacking in preparation, you should have started preparing before the customer arrives. So that customers don't wait too long
3. The queue number should be given directly to the person who came first
4. Lack of anticipation if the vehicle parking boom. If indeed the main parking lot (dpn outlet) is already full, the customer is directed to park where other than in front of the outlet
5. The cutlery was added, the spoon n fork hadn't been there (as of this writing), there were only chopsticks. Customers even have trouble eating because they are not accustomed to using chopsticks
6. Bottle of soy sauce, sauce, sauce, salt, vinegar. So that it can be added according to each customer's tastes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lama bgt pelayanannya padahal resto ga ramai,ga kebayang kalau rame nunggunya lama bgt,tolong tingkatkan pelayanan dan kecepatan
How long is the service even though the restaurant is not crowded, I can't imagine if the wait is really long, please improve service and speed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cukup enaqk dan muraah. Tempat bersih hanya saja tidak ada wastafel jd kalo cuci tangan harus di toilet, kurang saja menurutku.
Enough enaqk and muraah. Clean place it's just that there is no sink so if you have to wash your hands you need to use the toilet, it's just lacking in my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mie nya pakai spaghetti, suka banget. Saus itemnya nampol abis. Topping kepiting, kerang ijo & udangnya ga pelit. Murah pula
The noodles use spaghetti, really like it. The item dressing is very empty. Crab topping, green mussels & shrimp are not stingy. Cheap too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took them more than ½ hour to serve 1 small portion even when I'm the only customer there. The noodle was wayyyyy too soft.
It served with clams and crab (all in shells). For these 2, I give them thumbs up. Nicely seasoned.
Spicy, so not suitable for kids.
Read the respond from owner in other review and it sounds impolite.
