★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jam nya sudah buka di web, tapi pas kesana masih tutup sampai sekarang. Di telpon dan di sms belum ada respon. Kemarin Perbaiki printer, malah gak bisa di buat ngeprint. Tapi skrg sudah bisa.
Kalo mau kesini, pling penting chat wa dulu

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Masukin printer kesini untuk diservice SANGAT tidak memuaskan. Responnya lambat, komunikasi nya jelek, telat dan molor banget, harganya mahal..
Untung aja printernya jadi, padahal dah mau saya pindah tempat lain. 2 minggu kok gajadi. Saya tdk merekomendasikan, lebih baik cari tempat lain
Enter the printer here to be serviced VERY unsatisfactory. The response is slow, the communication is bad, late and very late, the price is expensive..
Luckily, the printer was finished, even though I wanted to move to another place. 2 weeks why not. I don't recommend, it's better to find another place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ masukin printer 3 hari gak ada info apa”, sy minta diambil aja printer sy untuk dimasukin servis ke tempat lain. nelp ke kontak yg tertera di nota tp gak direspon, bisanya cuma wa. diinfo printer udah siap utk diambil dan ternyata gak bisa diperbaiki kata ownernya, ya sudah sy langsung ke lokasi. pas nyampe ke lokasi taunya printer sy sedang dibongkar dan kondisi printer sy mati, beda dg kondisi pas sy masukin printer ON yg trouble hanya di tinta hitamnya saja. akhirnya diminta utk balik lg 2hari kemudian, sy gak mau dan sy minta harus selesaikan sekarang jg, akhirnya adu mulut dg teknisinya. jadi owner dan teknisi gak sinkron infoin kondisi printer kita, dan estimasi servisnya mereka gak bisa mastiin berapa lama. untuk yg mau servis buru2 jgn kesini deh yg ada malah berantem. dan belum tentu juga mereka bisa nyelesaiin printernya. mending nyari tempat lain menurut sy.

When I arrived to the location, I found out that my printer was being disassembled and the condition of my printer was off, different from the condition when I put the printer ON, the only problem was the black ink. finally asked to come back again 2 days later, I didn't want to and I asked to finish it now too, finally argued with the technician. So the owner and technician are not in sync with the information on the condition of our printer, and the estimated service they can't be sure of how long it will take. For those who want to serve in a hurry, don't come here, the ones there are even fighting. and not necessarily they can finish the printer. better find another place in my opinion.
