Adonan mie nya tipe yg lembut dan masi ada kenyal dikit bgt, basah gitu ya (kayaknya bikin sendiri ya ga beli, ada beberapa sertifikat bogasari gitu mejeng di dinding) tapi yg lainnya biasa bgt bgt tapi BUKAN gaenak ya bukan. Lumayan ajasi tp ga mantap kaya kata oranglain yg bikin ulasan bintang 5, sebetulnya SELERA si ya. Seporsi mie ayam biasa 10rb dah dapet mie ayam sama pangsit kering (enak pangsitnya renyah) 2 potong dan minum teh anget tawar, porsinya lumayan banyak ya untuk ukuran 10rb dan bisa request kering/kuah/pake bakso, saos dan kecap nya ga yg grade murah jadi lumayan enak dicampur tapi mesti banyak makenya karna tipe adonan mie ayamnya basah susah nempel ke mie nya jadi nyampur ke kuah aja. Abangnya bikinnya perlahan dan teliti, kalau rame kayaknya bakal aga lama bikinnya kebetulan pas kesana ga gitu rame jadi ga gitu lama nunggu, abangnya ramah2 dan sopan bgtsi nilai + bgt. Buka nya malem aja deh kayaknya. Patokannya sebrang indomart/alfa deket bakso rudal/bakar malang nanggewer, tempatnya lebih rendah dari jalan, sebelah kang bubur.
Trust me, it's not that wow and that great. The noodle dough is the soft type and it's still a little chewy, it's so wet (I guess you can make it yourself, don't buy it, there are some bogasari certificates hanging on the wall) but the rest is really normal but NOT delicious, isn't it. Not bad, but not as steady as other people say who make 5-star reviews, actually TASTE, yes. A portion of ordinary chicken noodles for 10 thousand, I've got chicken noodles and dry dumplings (the dumplings are delicious, crispy) 2 pieces and drink anget fresh tea, the portion is quite large for a size of 10 thousand and you can request dry / gravy / use meatballs, the sauce and soy sauce are not cheap grade so it's pretty good to mix it up but you have to use a lot of it because the wet type of chicken noodle dough is hard to stick to the noodles so just mix it into the sauce. His brother makes it slowly and carefully, if it's crowded, it seems like it will take a long time to make it, coincidentally, when it's there, it's not so crowded, so it doesn't take long to wait, his brother is friendly and polite, great value. Just open it at night like that. The benchmark is across from Indomart/Alfa, near the missile/baked meatball, Malang Nanggewer, the place is lower than the road, next to Kang Pulp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dengan harga 10k, sudah cukup bagus rasa enak tipe mie nya lembut dan berkuah (bisa request kering) sambalnya encer.
With a price of 10k, it's quite good, the taste is good, the noodle type is soft and gravy (you can request dry) the sauce is watery.
