Klo dari bakso, jujur Kenyalnya dapat... Tapi daging cincang dalaman bakso agak asin (menurut penilaian pribadi saya)... Saya gak tahu ini memang racikannya seperti ini atau kelebihan kasih garam di daging cincang dalam bakso.. Dulu harganya 10rb per porsi bakso (tahun 2017-2021 sekarang sudah 12rb per porsi (2021-sekarang) untuk harga masih terjangkau dengan kwalitas bakso yang di dapat

If it's from meatballs, honestly it's chewy... But the minced meat inside the meatball is a bit salty (according to my personal assessment)... I don't know if it's really like this or if you have too much salt in the minced meat in the meatball.. It used to cost 10 thousand per serving meatballs (2017-2021 is now 12 thousand per portion (2021-present) for the price is still affordable with the quality of the meatballs that you get
