But then they change the recipe or something in it, it taste different now, when I ask them why they said it was changed because it's better for them. But correct me if I'm wrong, I feel like if you already have customers, that actually love your food, you don't just change the recipe because you think it's better, we love it as a customer because you have standard that you used to have, this is not a fancy creative restaurant. IMO this place has lack of standard for their dishes, I would give them 5 if they didn't change the recipe with the "better one".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the best mi Aceh one can find in Bogor. Even the noodles without any toppings is already very flavorful. The pickled shallots is a very decisive factor; some like it while some others don't. That said, the shallot gives mi Aceh another dimension of flavor!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was born and grew up in this town, so let's say my rating is valid. I have been eating in many different Mie Aceh restaurants all over the town to test them myself. For the sake of not bringing down other chain, I won't name them here. Mie Aceh is my favorite. In fact, it ranks number one in term of Acehnese cuisine that I like the most. Therefore, going for Mie Aceh is a must every time I came home.
