Kapok datang ke sini. 1. Teknisinya kurang terampil 2. Gak bisa gunakan voucher blibli 3. Awalnya heran kenapa ngga ada di website BOS dan ngga ditampilin dlm daftar cabang, ternyata emang frencaise nya BOS, pantes pelayanan ga sebaik bengkel BOS cabang lain
Kapok come here. 1. The technician is less skilled 2. Can't use blibli vouchers 3. At first I was surprised why it wasn't on the BOS website and it wasn't shown in the branch list, it turns out that the frencaise is BOS, no wonder the service isn't as good as other branch BOS workshops

Saya sudah 3 kali kesini dan semua kecewa Pertama saya tune up dlganti oli dan ganti kampas rem, selesai penggantian kampas rem saya melihat teknisi masih melihat bagian roda belakang tetapi kasir sudah menagih kan pembayaran yg dia bilang semua sudah selesai. Kali saua menyampari teknisi kenapa mas kok ban belakangnya seret putaran nya tidak sama dengan ban yg lainnya. Teknisi bilang ada besi yg bengkok lalu saya suruh bukan dan perbaiki lagi biar bisa berjalan lancar seperti semula. Ini kenapa dibilang sudah selesai padahal masih ada kecacatan pada roda belakang. Kunjungan kedua saya ganti oli. Kasir meminta saya membeli oli 4 liter sedangkan biasa saya hanya mengusinya 3 sampai 3,5 liter di bengkel yg lain. Dan ketika saya suruh ganti oli matik teknisi bilang prosesnya lama harus di cek bla bla bla dll yg memakan waktu sejam lebih. Agak aneh saja ketika dia sudah tau kendaraan saya dan tahunnya masa dia gk tau oli apa yg harus saya pakai. Setelah selesai juga dia bilang tidak ada kelebihan untuk oli mesin pas 4lt ya ok saya positif dan percaya saja. Kunjungan ketiga saya tune up dan ganti oli serta filter oli. Meskipun di kartu keterangan sebelumnya yg mekaniknya buat saya harus ganti filter oli di masih di 5000km selanjutnya. Disini saya membeli oli 4 liter untuk mobil saya sesuai dengan sebelumnya. Tapi kali ini ada kelebihan oli setengah liter hehheeh berarti oli saya yg di kunjungan kedua kemana ya lebihnya ? Sebenernya masih ada lagi kekurangannya tapi ya sudahlah sampai sekian aja dan kapok kesana lagi buat pengetahuan konsumen yg lain saja biar lbh bijak memilih bengkel.
I've been here 3 times and all disappointed First, I did a tune-up with the oil and changed the brake pads, after replacing the brake pads I saw the technician was still looking at the rear wheel but the cashier had already charged the payment, which he said was done. When I approached the technician, why did the rear tire drag, the rotation was not the same as the other tires. The technician said there was a bent iron and then I told him not to and fix it again so it could run smoothly as before. This is why it is said to have been completed even though there are still defects in the rear wheels. My second visit I changed the oil. The cashier asked me to buy 4 liters of oil whereas normally I only use 3 to 3.5 liters in other workshops. And when I asked to change the automatic oil, the technician said the process took a long time to be checked, blah, blah, blah, etc., which took more than an hour. It's a bit strange when he already knows my vehicle and the year he doesn't know what oil to use. After finishing he also said there was no excess for 4lt engine oil, ok, I'm positive and just believe it. My third visit, I did a tune up and changed the oil and oil filter. Even though in the previous information card, the mechanic made me have to change the oil filter at the next 5000km. Here I bought 4 liters of oil for my car as before. But this time there was an excess of half a liter of oil, hehe, that means where did the extra oil from my second visit go Actually, there are still more shortcomings, but let's just get to that point and give up going there again for the knowledge of other consumers so that they are wiser in choosing a workshop.

Kapok betulin mobil di sini. Mekaniknya kayak pemula dan ngga terampil. Dikasih masukan sama kritik ke cs & resepsionisnya malah balasannya seolah-olah ngga butuh pelanggan dan terkesan bengkel ini mau ngomong "kalo ngga suka di bengkel ini ya cari tempat lain". Sungguh angkuh. Mungkin ngga butuh pelanggan kali ya.. Eh gw dateng ke review ini & baca-baca review orang dgn bintang jelek trnyata sama aja, jawabannya seolah "kalo ngga suka di bengkel ini ya cari tempat lain" atau "semoga sukses di bengkel lain", bla-bla-bla.. Nasehat saya, perbaiki cara anda menangani complain pelanggan, kalo ngga dan tetep merasa angkuh ya tinggal masalah waktu aja ini bengkel tutup atau ngerusak nama baik bengkel bos yg sebenarnya.
Kapok fix the car here. The mechanics are like beginners and unskilled. Given input and criticism to cs & the receptionist, the response was as if it didn't need customers and it seemed that this workshop wanted to say "if you don't like it in this workshop, look elsewhere". How arrogant. Maybe you don't need customers... Eh, I came to this review and read reviews of people with bad stars, it turned out to be the same, the answer was as if "if you don't like this workshop, look elsewhere" or "good luck at another workshop", blah-blah-blah.. My advice, improve the way you handle customer complaints, if you don't and still feel arrogant, it's just a matter of time, this workshop will close or damage the good name of the real boss's workshop.

Maaf saya revisi jadi bintang 1. Ke sini buat cek kaki-kaki. Setelah cek berbayar ketahuan kalo bagian ban depan kiri yg mesti ganti tierodnya, yg kanan mesti ganti karetnya dan kata teknisinya estimasi biaya sekitar 600 rb. Eh besoknya saya tanya estimasi biaya malah nambah jadi 6 juta. Itu mah 10 kali lipatnya estimasi awal bos. Padahal udah jelas-jelas yg rusak cuma beberapa part. Ngapain ke bagian-bagian lain dimasukin estimasi. Sampe ke shockbreaker segala dimasukin estimasi padahal di cek sama teknisi jg ga ada masalah. Saya pake jg mobil ga ada masalah sama shockbreaker. Maksud saya, fokus estimasi sama part yg rusak aja bos sesuai info teknisi. Bukan semuanya. Bengkel lain jg kasih estimasi sesuai part yg rusaknya aja. Alasan estimasi jaga-jaga kok sampe segininya ?? Itu sama aja kayak power window gua rusak tapi malah dibikin estimasi buat ganti pintu ??? Atau gw sakit gigi tapi dibikin estimasi buat cek paru-paru sama tenggorokan jg ???? Gua tanya BOS pusat ternyata ini franchise-nya BOS..Pantes pelayanan CS-nya jelek bgt Gw udh 2 tahun di sini, tp pengalaman begini bikin gw ga mau ke sini lg

I also use a car and have no problems with the shockbreaker. I mean, just focus on the estimation of the damaged part, boss, according to the technician's info. Not everything. Other workshops also give estimates according to the damaged part. The reason for the careful estimation is why it has come to this It's the same as when my power window was broken but instead an estimate was made to replace the door Or I have a toothache but an estimate is made to check the lungs and throat too I asked the central BOS, it turns out that this is a BOS franchise.. No wonder the CS service is really bad I've been here for 2 years, but this experience makes me not want to come here anymore
