★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the vibe of the place. They're playing good 80s-90s Japanese music that are just amazing, good ambiance, located at the heart of Jakarta.
I am all up for this because I always feel like Japanese restaurants at the malls are always packed and we are rushed into the meals. But here? We can enjoy the meal and relax.
There was so much distance between seating, so many food selection and none disappointed us. Considering how my partner did not like Japanese food but still can enjoy the food due to the large selection, and it's for a good price.
Plenty of parking space, if it wasn't because of covid we can enjoy live music on Saturday but it's alright. We had great experience. Will come back again.
My only input would be: for the waiters please pay attention to the order of the food coming from the kitchen into the table. My partner's ice cream drink melted and the appetizer came after the entrees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice unique japanese cafe and restaurant. They have arcade game that you can play with 4 Rp 1.000 coins, for each game. And they have a refreshing drink. They located in the second floor, the ground floor is used for parking spot. Nice place to hang out with friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit pricey but great taste, menus are scanned need more efforts to look em up on your cell screen. They have coffee corner as well with only few selected choice but yet the taste was great, their Americano and Cappuccino are ??

- salmon sashimi was so fresh, juicy and a little bit sweet
- salmon unagi sushi had simple tasty mayo sauce
- chicken ramen had thick soup with spicy and rich taste
- fried soft shell crabs was not greasy, easy to bite and had adequate amount of flour
however, the place was not too convenient because of the dark lighting. waitress was also quite slow response.
the only good side is the food taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time there and I really liked their teriyaki sauce! Although I quite enjoyed the ambience, some tables may not offer you with good reception-- a friend had to receive her call outside the building. Compared to some other Japanese restaurants offering similar menus, I think Midori is a little bit more expensive. I'd love to go there simply for the experience of eating at their wooden table, which can add a half point to the rating :) Oh, there is a muslim praying room in the building, too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here in August 2021 but it only offered take out due to the level 4 of PPKM (mobility restriction) in Jakarta. So I came back in February 2022, worth the wait! This got to be the best sushi restaurant in Jakarta. We love it!! We had 2 plates of volcano roll (3 pieces for IDR54K), baked salmon (2pieces for IDR46K), ika furai (6 pieces for IDR48K), mushroom tempura (6 pieces of 3 different types of mushroom for IDR40K), salmon unagi roll (IDR92K), and hot ocha (lipton for IDR16K). I also ordered a delicious hot cappuccino from the coffee outlet near the entrance of the resto for IDR33K. The resto is spacious and spare enough space between tables. Definitely will come back soon.
