Terdiri dari 2 lantai, dan ada penjaga di belakangnya. Kebersihan terjaga dan ada tempat menunggu tamu nya. Ada parkiran mobil namun tidak bisa muat banyak, bisa 5-6 mobil saja. Motor bisa menyesuaikan bisa sampai 10-16 motor . Penghuni mess ramah dan bersahabat. Untuk tempat colokan listrik hanya tersedia di tiap - tiap kamar dan tidak ada diluar.
Mess Perwira Madya Matraman Number 104 is a mess or residence for Army officers located in Matraman, which is behind the cooperative. Consists of 2 floors, and there is a guard behind it. Cleanliness is maintained and there is a place to wait for guests. There is a car park but it can't fit much, only 5-6 cars. The motor can adjust up to 10-16 motors. The residents of the mess are friendly and welcoming. For electric plugs, they are only available in each room and not outside.
