★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lumayan lama kost disini, sekitar 2 tahunan, overall bagus, tempat stategis, kemana aja lumayan dekat kalau punya motor, harga kost terjangkau, pengelola kost (mas oji) melayani dengan baik, sopan dan selalu respon jika dibutuhkan, CCTV 24 jam di lorong kamar dan di area parkir, hanya minusnya kelakuan securitynya, sudah banyak anak kost yang mengeluh karna itu, tidak ramah, maunya dihormati dan bersikap layaknya seperti pemiliki kost. Banyak yang tidak betah karna security satu ini, termasuk saya. Dan kadang saya suka melihat ybs pernah minum minuman beralkohol didepan gerbang bersama temannya. Sangat disayangkan karna oknum seperti ybs membuat penghuni kost tidak betah yang akhirnya memilih untuk keluar.
It's been a long time boarding here, about 2 years, overall good, strategic place, pretty close anywhere if you have a motorbike, boarding prices are affordable, boarding house manager (mas oji) serves well, polite and always responds if needed, CCTV 24 hours in the hallway and in the parking area, the only minus is the security behavior, many boarding children have complained because of that, they are not friendly, they want to be respected and act like boarding house owners. Many do not feel at home because of this security, including me. And sometimes I like to see him drinking alcoholic beverages in front of the gate with his friends. It's a shame because people like him make the boarding house residents feel uncomfortable who finally chooses to leave.
