β β β β β I would recommend against booking your quarantine stay here.
No responses to my messages (from their quarantine booking staff) for the 3 days leading up to my booking meant confusion and chaos on arrival.
Not a single meal has arrived warm. All of them cold and average. Simple things missing with the meals such as knifes and forks. I ordered a bucket of beers that were delivered with no bottle opener. Asked room service to please bring one and now 1.5 hours later still, no sign of a bottle opener.
Spent 3 hours chasing my meal the day before.
Reception difficult to contact.
A bit of a joke really.

β β β β β That was my carantine hotel. Everything was okay, cleaning, service. But I canβt put 5 stars, because of food. It was not good at all. Everything was very oily and pretty monotonously. It doesnβt looked like that in commercial prospects. One time it was spoiled, but service changed it and bring some compliment fruits. Anyway on sixth day my stomach started to hurt because of the food.
The best experience in this hotel I got in the last day on the reception. One tiny girl with pad and care haircut (unfortunately donβt remember the name) was so helpful and attentive to us. She helped us to change dollars, she called the taxi and helped to solve all our questions. This girl is the reason why I write this review and putting 4 stars. Thank you to this beautiful lady, she was definitely 5βοΈ

β β β β β Overall nice new hotel locates at one of the most busy street in Jakarta.
I did not stay at this hotel, i visited this hotel to meet my sister who booked this hotel.
I forgot about the room type but had a chance to see the room which was fine.
The parking lot was quite small at the basement 2 until 3 and still free of charge.
The lobby was not big in size but had a nice lay out, decoration and ambience.
I should come again to stay and to fully experience by myself of this hotel.

β β β β β This was my isolation hotel. The experience was pleasant, but things like the three meals per day were not the best quality as they were the usual mess meal style, the room service meals that I ordered three times in 10 days were excellent. Because of the Covid rules I saw the check in desk, the room and little else. Thier organization was excellent, and more than willing to refresh anything I asked for, but there was no room attendance however. I found I actually liked this. The only small complaint I have is that when I would ask for more coffee pods for the coffee maker they are not used to Americans - they would bring two at a time. I asked for 6, but here would come the two pods.

β β β β β Choose this hotel for mandatory quarantine because of its location close to home and its reputation (that the hotel tries to convey to public) and deeply regret about this. Prior to arrival in Jakarta, got an email from the hotel requesting for deposit to guarantee the booking, while I have asked when made the booking and deposit is not required until arrival at the hotel. Upon arrival : unclear requirement about the quarantine period, room cleanliness was below standard, meals were dissatisfying and delivered in random time. Manager in duty called once and my feedbacks / comments were never delivered, clueless staffs and assistance. Hope there is no more quarantine hostages in the upcoming days

β β β β β I stayed in this hotel doing my 7 days repatriation quarantine . The room and the view was nice.
but after few days they tried to offer me to move to other room at lower floor, ??? they excused that our floor ac would be repaired and would make a noise and uncomfortable. I said I paid for the room I like. it was not polite to ask the guest to move to other room while my room was ok.
The food was average .
The staffs were friendly and helpful .
the internet connection was very bad and very slow .
Anyway we enjoyed our stay .

β β β β β I am currently doing my repatriation quarantine in this hotel. The room conditions are clean and good. However, the experience would be vastly better if housekeeping service can be improved greatly. There was no hairdryer in the room and it took 3 calls & one hour for it to be delivered. At night, the hotel forgot to serve dinner, but the restaurant staff was polite and apologetic about it. This morning, I have requested for mineral water. It has been 1.5hours plus a reminder call and I am still waiting for my water.

β β β β β I stayed at Mercure Gatot Subroto to fulfill the mandate traveling quarantine requirements. I thought quarantining would be a nuisance but I had an amazing experience here. The meals were average however the services and staffs were very attentive. I would receive calls daily from concierge checking if I was okay and if I needed anything. Whatever I needed they were willing to comprehend and perform the best they could. Services such as laundry was also available giving me the opportunity to wash my clothes and with their same day washes I was able to get my clothes cleaned when I needed them. Other than that, out of the 7 day stay, we were given 1 day where they would clean your room. An amazing staff named Imam completely cleaned my room leaving no spots dirty and he was fast too. Overall, my stay in Mercure was a pleasant stay, definitely recommended!
