★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good cofee shop with affordable price. Their rum milk was my favorite. With the cool air and misty scenery located in the slope of Merapi mount, this place is recommended for tourists to stop by and enjoy a cup of coffee or milk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place for sipping a cup of coffee. We enjoyed to chat with the barista about the coffee and others. But you need to pay extra for visiting Kaliadem Village (3k per person + 2k per motorcycle) and the rest room (2k per person)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A special place to have a cup of coffee in Jogja. Located close to the Merapi Mountain, we can enjoy the coffee with a good view beside. However, to reach this place, we have to take about 45min – 1 hour from Jogjakarta city, but for me, worth it!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small yet nice coffee shop at the foot of Mount Merapi.
Located near Taman Wisata Kaliurang, the place is in the same area of a Lava Tour and Jeep rental office. So parking lot is more than available even for big buses.
A bit hard to spot from traffic but among the giant signs of Lava Tour and Jeep rental, you can spot the small sign.
It has 2 stories and a small outdoor sitting beside the shop.
You can order a range of coffee and tea but no snacks. The baristas there are very good at explaining their coffee beans differences. Some sizes of cups are also available.
To view the Merapi Mountain, better if you sit at the second story. It is an open air sitting area with direct view to the mountain. They will deliver your drink upstairs, too. Unfortunately, if it's raining, the water drops will make some of the tables wet.
Toilets are available but not part of the property & you have to pay after you use the toilet (IDR 2k). Some food stalls are beside the coffee shops if you need to fill your tummy.
It is quite a crowd during holiday season. Especially if tourists come in packs, they will buy coffee while waiting for their friends or after the Lava tour by Jeeps.
Tips:
Come during dry season for clear view of the mountain.
Ask the barista to explain their coffee so you can fully enjoy it.
Prepare small changes of cash for toilet visit. The toilet workers or the food sellers can get really mad if you don't pay and you can't expect to get a change of money back since you put the toilet money into a locked box.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice coffee and very affordable! This place has various types of coffee. Merapi coffee is a blend of local bean with Robusta. Our group tried Merapi coffee, black coffee, and Jamaican rum lattes. All are delicious. The coffee are served in proper porcelain cups. The prices ranged from Rp 10K to Rp 20K, except for Luwak coffee, Rp 50K.
The tables are tiny, should fit only max 2 persons per table. Wifi is available and free for customers.
