★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya suka dgn pelayanan dokternya...dokternya ramah...tp saya kecewa dgn pelayanan farmasi...bisa2 nya salah identitas...saya sudah nunggu 2 jam posisi membawa antrian resep dgn nama yg benar..diberi tahu resep racikan agak lama...okelah sabar...2 jam gak dipanggil2...trnyata petugas nya salah manggil nama..padahal itu obat udah jadi lama...
I like the doctor's service...the doctor is friendly...but I'm disappointed with the pharmacy service...it could be the wrong identity...I've been waiting 2 hours for the position to bring the prescription queue with the correct name..was told the recipe for the concoction took a while ...okay be patient... 2 hours not being called... it turns out that the officer called the name wrong... even though the medicine has been around for a long time...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hasil tes psikologi masuk bumn buruk emang sengaja sih ingin tau hasilnya gimana jika saya menjawab demikian, alhasil saya dibawa keruang dokter tp dokternya ngeliat hasil buruk itu justru memberikan reaksi mimik yg tidak enak, saya hanya tersenyum tapi karena pakai masker jadi ngga keliatan. Beliau juga bilang "ini klo dilihat HR hasilnya dibuang mas" dengan ekspresi merendahkan, saya ketawa dalam hati, pun klo ada pasien yang memang psikologi terganggu saya yakin akan enggan utk berbicara. Lalu saya disuruh ngulang dan diarahkan ke loket, diloket ada mas mas n ibu ibu, yg ibu ibu itu bilang "gimana sih mas ngerjainnya? Malu maluin aja" waduuu parah nih staf bilang gitu, kasian yang memang hasil psikologinya buruk apabila dibilangin begitu, dan wajar saja ratingnya rendah. Lalu kenapa saya melakukan hal demikian? Krn awalnya saya ingin menguji tes psikologi untuk BUMN sprti apa dan wajar saja BUMN amburadul wong alat tesnya bisa dimanipulasi kok. Di lain sisi saya memiliki usaha yang akan menuju start up dan saya akan berpikir ulang jika menggunakan alat tes ini utk rekrut karyawan kelak. Untuk manajemen rumah sakit mohon dibenahilah staff nya tuh kasian yang mau berobat jiwa kalo sampai direndahin gitu.

He also said, "If you see HR, the results are discarded, sir" with a condescending expression, I laughed inwardly, even if there are patients who are psychologically disturbed, I'm sure they will be reluctant to speak. Then I was told to repeat and was directed to the counter, at the counter there were ladies and gentlemen, the mothers said, "How do you do it? Shame on you." Wow, that's too bad the staff said that, it's a shame that the psychological results are bad when you say that, and no wonder the rating is low. Then why do I do this? Because initially I wanted to test the psychological tests for SOEs like what and it's only natural that SOEs were in disarray, the test kits could be manipulated. On the other hand, I have a business that is going to start up and I will think again if I use this test tool to recruit employees in the future. For hospital management, please fix the staff, it's a pity if you want mental treatment if you get humiliated like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ rumah sakitnya nyaman, tidak berisik, pelayanan sangat baik, ramah, dan cepat..suasana sejuk, taman baik, pelaksanaan protokol kesehatan jg baik..ada sesi mendengarkan lagu Indonesia Raya. pengurusan KIR cepat dan mudah, biaya terjangkau.
the hospital is comfortable, not noisy, the service is very good, friendly, and fast.. the atmosphere is cool, the garden is good, the implementation of health protocols is also good.. there is a session to listen to the song Indonesia Raya. KIR management is fast and easy, at affordable costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Petugas sangat ramah sekali, pelayanan disesuaikan dengan antrian. Hanya setiap kali kunjungan ke sini, selalu antri suangggaaaatttt lama di loket apotek. Ada baiknya petugas ditambah atau sistem dirubah supaya mempercepat pelayanan. Untuk mendapatkan obat, paling tidak butuh waktu minimal 1,5 jam menunggu di loket apotik saja. Jika obat tersedia di berbagai apotik luar mungkin tidak masalah…. Jenis obat relatif hanya tersedia di RS jadi ya mau nggak mau harus menunggu berjam-jam. Mohon dapat menjadi masukan dan perbaikan ke depan. Terima kasih.
The staff is very friendly, the service is adjusted to the queue. Only every time I visit here, there's always a long queue at the pharmacy counter. It's a good idea to add officers or change the system to speed up service. To get medicine, it takes at least 1.5 hours of waiting at the pharmacy counter. If the drug is available in various outside pharmacies it may not be a problem…. This type of medicine is relatively only available in hospitals, so like it or not, you have to wait for hours. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan humanis mulai dari satpam sampe staf2 nya, penyambutan nya pun bagus. Tempatnya nyaman ada masjidnya juga.. Cuman nunggunya lama banget dari jam 10 siang sampe jam 17.30 tapi ya saya pribadi maklum karena dokter spesialis nya sibuk
Humanist service from the security guard to the staff, the welcome was good. The place is comfortable and there is a mosque too.. It's just a really long wait from 10 noon to 17.30 but I personally understand because the specialist is busy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm just having my internship here... The environment is quite refreshing, some clinics are open not only for psychiatric problems, there is a substance abuse cessation clinic too... Some building are likely new and some other are quite old. If you got hospitalized here, you might feel likely behind the bars, but thats just in my opinion...
