★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bismillah, mohon dievaluasi komunikasi terapeutik karyawannya, terutama CS dgn paparan customer, singkatnya "sampaikan titik kemampuan melayani cust DIAWAL sebelum pangajuan pertanyaan privasi dengan dalih AKHIR tidak mampu melayani (ex pembuatan atm" CS diatas mohon di interview kembali komunikasinya kepada cust untuk kemajuan pelayanan BCA, sebagaimana saya tenaga pelayanan medis tetap professional beradab melayani pasien... So and I give 0 rate
Bismillah, please evaluate the therapeutic communication of its employees, especially CS with customer exposure, in short "deliver the point of being able to serve customers at the beginning before submitting privacy questions on the pretext of not being able to serve (ex atm creation" CS above, please re-interview the communication to cust for the progress of BCA services , like me medical service personnel remain civilized professionals serving patients... So and I give 0 rate
