★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 24 hour customer service. Needed a Doctor in the early hours of the day (4 AM). Had a trouble making the reservation on the app, but successfully made one through the call center via WhatsApp. Booked a Doctor within 15 minutes and Doctor arrived within the next 30 minutes. Once booked, the Doctor personally contacted us to confirm and he arrived at around 5 AM. Payment was cash but we have the option to do it via bank transfer. Prescription was given and we're free to redeem it through any pharmacy. Overall, very satisfied with the speed, accuracy and professionalism of everyone involved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever!! NOT PROFESSIONAL. I was contacting them regarding a homecare provider. I gave them details of what I need. They said they will look for available nurse. Two weeks later no words from them. They ignore my messages. If YOU can’t find any nurse, YOU might have had the courtesy to let me know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve used Medi-Call twice now and I can’t believe they’re not more widely used than they already are! Their customer service has been top notch, tended to every question and comment that we had, communicative and just easy to deal with. Dokter Maya, who we’ve had twice for our rabies vaccinations, is also wonderful and friendly! 5 stars and would definitely contact them again next time if we ever need medical services again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It does help a lot during this pandemic, they do have 24 hours home visit doctor services, one of the amazing thing is that the doctor services had a quiete friendly price for a home visit start from 200k and length of your
destination will be count separately. Dont worry they will calculate it first for you.
So far my first experience was good. I hope in the next future medical will have more specialist doctor and more vary health services, good luck ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first time using Medicall service. My daughter got a high fever on sunday and I don’t want to go to UGD during this pandemic so I tried another solution and found Medicall. It’d been so easy to contact Medicall Call Centre and got prompt response. She promised to get back in 15 minutes but she contacted me earlier. Dr Ayudia who handled my daughter examined her thoroughly, very helpfull and giving me good advice. And the next morning, the Medicall CS texting me and asking how was my daughter’s condition.
So this is become my first good experience with Medicall. Overall I am happy with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As of this writing, my lovely wife has been hospitalized and I need someone to look after her. I have to stay at home to take care of my two children and my house, not to mention to keep working from home.
I googled for a service that provides a professional nurse for my purpose, and I found some. After making contact with eight of them, Medi-call was the quickest to respond to every inquiry that I had. I then did the price comparing, and it turned out that Medi-call was the most affordable among all.
What blew me away more was Medi-call is so professional by sending me the profile of the nurse and the digital agreement to use their service. In just a matter of minutes, a nurse was provided and ready at my service.
The payment was done without breaking a sweat.
The following day the nurse contacted me and went to the hospital and did what she had to do. Her name is Maria.
My wife told me that Maria is so kind, polite, and very helpful.
I'm so glad to know that my wife is in good hands.
If I could give Medi-call seven stars instead of just five, I would.

I called them at 12.00pm and they will give me appoitment confirm by whatsapp so i have to wait 20minutes.
I already waiting more than 20minutes so i called again and askinf why took so long.
So at 13.00 they gave me appointments estimasi 15.00-16.00
Oke im still waiting.
At 15.56 the doctor whatsapp me and asking about the street details and she said she will come 17.00-18.00
I asked. Why took so long?
The doctor said she got confirm from the admin at 15.30.
I was so angry.
I mean come on .. we are not packages, we are sick people who need help urgently.
And we dont pay with bpjs we pay them with our own money.
Admin name was lili.
I never want to try again, they really don’t helpful.
