★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service Face ID, kemudian kualitas Camera menjadi turun.
Ada keluhan setelah service, tapi ditanggapi kurang baik oleh technician, mengatakan "saya Apple user udah lama, kameranya gini".
Sebenernya sangat tidak masalah kalau memang tidak bisa dibenarkan kembali, tapi setidaknya ada usaha untuk setidaknya mendengarkan keluhan customer.
Not recommended untuk servicenya, mohon maaf.
Service Face ID, then Camera quality drops.
There was a complaint after the service, but the technician didn't respond well, saying "I'm an Apple user for a long time, the camera is like this".
Actually, it really doesn't matter if it can't be justified again, but at least there is an effort to at least listen to customer complaints.
Not recommended for the service, sorry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service ramah dan cepat saat ganti baterai. Saya ganti baterai karena baterai health udah turun. Harga memang terjangkau, sekitar 200an. Namun, malah sekarang baterainya cepat habis, dan pas di cek baterai health 100% terus dalam 1 tahun. Ini justru kejanggalan :( :( berarti indikator baterai health sudah bermasalah atau baterainya yang bermasalah :(
Friendly and fast service when changing batteries. I changed the battery because the battery health has gone down. Prices are affordable, around 200. However, now the battery runs out quickly, and when checked, the battery health is 100% continuously for 1 year. This is actually awkward :( :( means the battery health indicator has a problem or the battery has a problem :(

ramah si tapi teknisi nya yg gimna gtu, saya mau service trackpad mbp 19 saya yg g bisa diklik ( tapi masih bisa drag’ file ), katanya kalo ada apa apa mau dikabarin dan kalo g bisa mau di ganti yang baru pun akan dikabari.
ini ngabarin nya habis di tanya dulu, setelah itu ketika saya mengambil mbp nya bukannya bener, malah makin rusak. untung tanpa biaya, tapi gmna ya saya tau rusak tapi kok di kembalikannya dengan rusak kuadrat ?.
yg kurang cuma teknisi nya saja u tuk service, mas mbak yg registrasi dan di meja sudah sangat ramah dan sopan.
mohon maaf tapi kecewa ????

friendly, but the technician who works like that, I want to service my mbp 19 trackpad which can't be clicked (but can still drag files), he said if there was something he wanted to tell me and if he couldn't replace it with a new one, he'd be notified.
I'm telling you that I was asked first, after that when I took the mbp it wasn't correct, it got even more damaged. luckily it was free of charge, but how do I know it was damaged but how come it was returned with damaged squared .
the only thing lacking is the technician for service, the lady who registered and at the desk was very friendly and polite.
sorry but disappointed ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya service dan mcapple bilang ga bisa menyelesaikan. Ini laptop seminggu lebih disana tanpa hasil. Sebenernya gapapa. Tapi kesalahan saya pas ambil cuma cek baut belakang. Sampai rumah pas lagi meratapi kematian macbook saya, iseng pegang trackpad dan ga ngellik. Wa ke admin belum di respon. Sedih. Udab mati total, trackpad ikut jebol. Mau balik lagi kok jauh, belum bongkar nya doang seminggu.
I serviced and mcapple said it couldn't solve it. It's a laptop for over a week there with no results. Actually it's okay. But my mistake when I took it was just checking the rear bolt. When I got home, I was mourning the death of my MacBook, holding the trackpad for fun and it didn't tickle. Wa to the admin has not been responded to. Sad. Completely dead, the trackpad broke too. Why do you want to go back so far, haven't unpacked it for a week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servis IP xs (muncul indokator port basah) katanya masuk air kena 400 rbu katanya cuci mesin, 2 hari kemudian muncul lagi, masalah ga selesai katanya hrus "belah" mesin kena biaya 1.3 jt, lah trus yang 400 rb tadi ga dibalikin ? Wong masalahnya ga selesai, nyesel bgttt percuma ngasih garansi kalau permasalahan yang sama malah kena biaya yang segtu
IP xs service (wet port indicator appears) it says it entered the water, it got 400 thousand, it said washing the machine, 2 days later it appeared again, the problem wasn't solved, it said it had to "split" the machine, it cost 1.3 million, then the 400 thousand one wasn't returned?
