★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suka sekali dengan konsep kos nya. Bangun pagi langsung fresh liat taman2 dan cahaya matahari nya jg masuk ke kamar. Dapur oke banget. Pokoknya fasilitas sekelas hotel???? ???
 I really like the cost concept. Woke up in the morning immediately refreshed to see the gardens and the sunlight also entered the room. The kitchen is very good. Anyway, hotel class facilities fasilitas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat nya nyaman dan sangat bersih. Parkiran luas bisa bawa mobil. Pemilik dan penjaga nya ramah. Yang paling oke tempatnya gak berisik.
The place is comfortable and very clean. Spacious parking can bring a car. The owner and caretaker are friendly. The best thing is that the place is not noisy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fasilitas kamar lengkap bgt. Ada ac, westafel dan air panas nya. Konsepnya kaya apartemen keren. Kitchen nya luas dan baru. Suka banget karna bersih. Lokasi deket ugm, nyari makan bsa jalan kaki deket mcD, gudeg Yu djum, yoshinoya dll. Mau ngapain aja deket. Tempat nya strategis dan aman ada security nya. Worth it banget.
Very complete room facilities. There is ac, sink and hot water. The concept is like a cool apartment. The kitchen is spacious and new. I really like it because it's clean. The location is near ugm, looking for food, you can walk near mcd, gudeg yu djum, yoshinoya etc. What do you want to do? The place is strategic and safe, there is security. It's really worth it.

Saya termasuk salah satu yang dikecewakan dengan pelayanan Granada via Mami Kos & Singgah Sini. Dengan peraturan yang tidak dijelaskan saat check in deposit sebesar 300 ribu tidak dikembalikan karena bantal sobek (like whaaat??? Saat check in ngga dicheck tapi begitu kelar dicheck) dan tidak dikembalikan karena ada noda di tembok, yang dari awal nodanya udah disitu. I've been stay on hundreds of Kost Eksklusif, Granada sorry to say ngga mencerminkan pelayanan yang eksklusif, terbaca sekali jika pemilik memang ngga guest service oriented. Im fine with the 300 thousands rupiahs deposit goes to waste tapi dengan kualitas pelayanan saat kita tinggal dan setelahnya, here's my review.
Satu lagi, kalau kamu light sleeper atau butuh suasana tenang saat belajar, ati ati, token listrik dari kamar kamar lain yang penghuninya ngga peka ngga bakalan berenti bunyi tiap hari. Penjaga kost pun ngga attentive buat matiin token atau ngingetin yang punya kamar buat ngisi token. Yang ada karena gue udah pusing ngadepin banyak ujian gue isi aja dah tuh token kamar kamar yang bunyi. See pictures.
Ada banyak kost yang lebih bagus dengan pelayanan yang jauh lebih ekslusif dan nyaman daripada Granada di Jogja. Just read my other reviews..
Be careful deposits will likely not be back.
I'm one who let down by the service Granada via Mami Kos & Layover Here. With rules that are not explained at check-in a deposit of 300 thousand is not restored because the pillows tear (like whaaat ??? Upon check-in guns is checked but once finished is checked) and not returned because there were stains on the walls, which from the beginning of the stain is already there. I've been stay on Hundreds of Kost Exclusive, Granada sorry to say guns reflect exclusive services, read all if the owner does guns guest service oriented. Im fine with the 300 Thousands Rupiahs deposit goes to waste but with quality of service when we stay and beyond, here is my review.
One more thing, if you are light sleeper or need a quiet atmosphere while learning, ati ati, electric token from the other occupants furnished rooms guns going berenti sound sensitive guns every day. Boarding house keeper was attentive guns for matiin token or remind which has room for ngisi token. That is because I've dizziness ngadepin many tests I wrote dah tuh token contents furnished rooms are sound. See pictures.
There is plenty of boarding nicer with a much more exclusive services and comfortable than Granada in Yogyakarta. Just read my other reviews ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kost putri dengan fasilitas super lengkap, kamar mandi dalam dengan pemanas air, kamar AC dilengkapi kasur+sprei, wastafel, meja+bangku belajar, lemari 2 pintu, keset dan tempat sampah kecil sudah termasuk.
Fasilitas umum juga lengkap, dapur di lt.1 dan lt.2, wifi kencang, sirkulasi udaranya pun bagus, ada layanan laundry berbayar.
Akses lingkungan dekat dari jalan kaliurang, lokasi strategis.
Women's boarding house with super complete facilities, private bathroom with water heater, AC room equipped with mattress + bed sheet, sink, desk + study bench, 2 door wardrobe, doormat and small trash can included.
Public facilities are also complete, kitchens on the 1st and 2nd floor, fast wifi, good air circulation, there is a paid laundry service.
Close environmental access from Kaliurang road, strategic location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aku udah tinggal disini kurang lebih 4 bulan. So far,,,selama aku kuliah 4 tahun di jogja ini kosa paling enak.. Personally kebersihan dan keamanan di granada patut diacungkan jempol. Penjaga dan pemiliknya pun ramah dan baik banget. Ibuku pernah dateng nginep juga boleh sekamar sampe 2 minggu. Awalnya ragu mau tinggal di granada tapi ternyata my stay has been really nice. It was a really great experience. Tempatnya homey. Suasananya jg tenang enak buat belajar. Yang aku jg suka dapur nya bagus bgt dan selalu bersih krna tiap hari dibersihin. Berasa dapur di apartemen.
Kalau granada udah dari dulu ada mungkin aku udah nge kos bertahun taun saking nyamannya. Tapi 4 bulan di granada cukup memuaskan. Aku check out karna skripsi udah selesai. Kalau ada kesempatan balik ke jogja. Granada mungkin bakal jd pilihanku. Sempet ragu jg karna ada depositnya. Takut gak balik. Tapi depositku balik kok. Minta depositnya pun jg gampang. Overall untuk pelajar granada bener2 recommended. Cuman sayangnya di granada gak bsa bawa pet dan cowo gak bisa naik ke atas. Kalau bw temen cowo mereka paling bisa nunggu di ruang tunggu bawah. But it’s ok lah.
I've lived here for about 4 months. So far,,, during my 4 years of college in Jogja, this is the best room.. Personally, the cleanliness and security in Granada deserves a thumbs up. The guards and owners are also very friendly and kind. My mother once came to stay and could stay in a room for up to 2 weeks. At first I was hesitant to live in Granada but it turns out that my stay has been really nice. It was a really great experience. Homey place. The atmosphere is also calm, good for studying. What I also like is that the kitchen is very nice and always clean because it is cleaned every day. Feels like a kitchen in an apartment.
If Granada had existed for a long time, maybe I've been boarding a boarding house for years because it's so comfortable. But 4 months in granada was quite satisfying. I checked out because the script was finished. If there is a chance to return to Jogja. Granada will probably be my choice. I had doubts because there was a deposit. Afraid not to come back. But I got my deposit back. Asking for a deposit is also easy. Overall for Granada students, it's really recommended. It's just sad that in Granada you can't bring pets and guys can't go upstairs. If it's a male friend, they can at least wait in the waiting room downstairs. But it's ok.
