★ ★ ★ ★ ★ completely damaged my naturally curly and healthy hair with a straightener to the point where it smells burnt every time i wash it and it cannot be curly anymore. The stylist refused to take responsibility for it and insisted that my hair was the problem. Will not be coming back and would not recommend to anyone.
edit: visited on 13th November 2020 to wash, cut and dry my hair. I specifically asked for someone who can handle curly hair. The stylist dried with a hair dryer and then used a straightener on EXTREMELY high heat. My hair is completely damaged and cannot be repaired since then. I even got in contact with the salon and the stylist when I washed my hair 3 days after the appointment (16th November 2020) to ask why my hair smelled burnt and would not curl anymore. They said it is because my hair is oily and has a lot of keratin and claimed that it is not their fault, which does not make sense at all. Until now I am unable to restore the natural curls. extremely poor service.
