The staff is very friendly and professional.
Went to do Lash Lift and the result was great. But keep in mind this place charge you quite pricey compare to other places.
What so great about lash lift is that It helps me to get ready faster. I don't have to use eyelash curler anymore. I Didn't want to do the fake eyelashes because it's more high maintenance. Every couple weeks I have to go back to touch up my lashes. The lash lift was the perfect solutions for me plus it looks very natural.
But one of the drawback from this is the parking. The place is located in the Ruko area, across from the Al-Azhar school. Once you enter the premises, there's no machine to spit out the parking ticket. But once you exit, there'll be a closed gate and a guy will approach you asking for parking money. There's no machine to say how much is the parking...he just randomly saying the number for the parking. He even open the gate manually using a screw...*rolling my eyes* anyway, hope the area will give more thoughts on the parking authorities. I felt I just got lowballed by a parking guy and ruined my experience in everlash.
Edit: Don't forget to ask for an experience staff to do your lash lift. Had a bad experience with the newer staff doing my lash lift. But the management handled it pretty professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here for the 1st time for get a new set lash extensions, love the place and the ambience. I love how the way they treat their client. The staffs are professional, friendly, and helpful. Got a private room with disposable bedsheets, blanket, towel, it makes me feel safe and comfortable while doing the treatment. The result is amazing, no hurt or itchy on my eyes, thank you for making my eyes becomes prettier than before. Definitely would come back and recommend this place to all my friends. Keep up the good work, Everlash Kelapa Gading!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overrated and over price imo, the extention only last for 1 week on me, there are lot of better place that give you a last longer result and similar lash options with cheaper price.
Compared to their "similar class" competitor, such: lashtique, tokyo belle, etc, for me personally lashtique still the best so far (mostly last >1 month and u can ask them to fix/redo the extention if you not satisfied with the end result after the treatment).
However, the place itself is comfortable, the staffs and the welcome service were nice also they offered 3 days free corrective (which i can't take it due to my business trip).
