★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amit amit sama pelayan yang namanya Bembi. Pesanan dari 2 bulan lalu, bayar tunai. Sebulan lalu kirim konfirmasi warna dan design. Sampai hari ini tidak ada contoh yang dijanjikan. Begitu ditanya sampel, tau2 si Bembi brengsek emosi, tau2 bilang batal saja. Bilangnya kan dia gak paksa saya pesan di sana. Lho .. kalau tau brengsek gini kan gak bakalan pesan di Maulana souvenir. Gak profesional!! Gulung tikar aja deh sekalian!!
 Amit Amit and the servant whose name is Bembi. Order from 2 months ago, pay in cash. A month ago send a color and design confirmation. To date no examples have been promised. Once asked for a sample, I know that Bembi is an emotional jerk, know that he just canceled it. He said he didn't force me to order there. You know, if you know this jerk, you won't order a souvenir at Maulana. Not professional !! Just shut the mat !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tokonya lumayan lega buat lihat2 barangnya, terakhir ke sini beli souvenir buat acara adik. harga lumayan murah dan tempat pinggir jalan jadi ngga terlalu jauh saat bawa barang. untuk pesanan jika order di bawah 2juta langsung bayar cash. Alhamdulillah kemarin masnya yg ngelayanin cukup asik kok ngobrolnya banyak kasih saran. untuk via WA agak slow respon . kemarin pesan 600 mangkuk dan Alhamdulillah tepat waktu jadinya karena harus di sablon nama . parkir tepat depan toko. semoga kedepannya fasilitas, jenis souvenir, dan pelayanan lebih ditingkatkan kembali.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk para Capeng, saya shared pengalaman saja. Pengalaman buruk pesan di MAULANA SOUVENIR. Pelayanan sangat tidak baik. Saya pesan dr bulan Mei 2018 untum acara 6 januari 2019 dan saya pesan mug. Awalnya sangat meyakinkan bahwa akan dibuatkan sesuai pesanan dengan mug warna warni dan akan dikirimkan segera design serta satu contoh mug yg sudah jd. Intinya di awal mereka sangat menarik pelanggan dengan iming iming dan ekspektasi yang sesuai pesanan pelanggan. Di pertengahan bulan sekitar bln september saya minta design dan saya tanyakan brp mug yg sdh jd, mereka td bs menjawab dgn pasti. Jawaban selu nanti dikabari, blm ada kabar dr org pabrik. Itu itu saja sampai akhirnya bln Nov calon saya dtg kembali ke toko dgn mengatakan bahwa jika tidak siap dgn pesanan kami yaudah bilang, batalkan saja. Tp mereka tetap menyanggupi pesanan kami, padahal kami sebenernya udh ga percaya. Tp yaudah akhirnya kita janji akan ambil barang tggl 9 des 2018. Seminggu sblum tanggal 9, saya pastikan lagi apakah sdh jadi barangnya dan mereka blm jg bs memastikan dan saya minta uang kembali TAPI BOS YANG SOK ITU YG BAPAK BAPAK TUA AROGAN malah marah marah tanpa MINTA MAAF sedikitpun atas kesalahan dan ketidakpastian dr mereka. Dan endingnya.... Pesanan saya jadi tapi TIDAK SESUAI SEPERTI YG SAYA INGINKAN DR AWAL. DAN PEBNGERJAAN TIDAK RAPIH SM SEKALI. MOHON JIKA TD INGIN KECEWA JGN PESAN DISINI, MASIH BANYAK TOKO LAIN YG LEBIH BAIK, RAMAH DAN JUJUR.
For Capeng, I just shared my experience. Bad experience message at MAULANA SOUVENIR. Service is not very good. I ordered from May 2018 for the 6 January 2019 event and I ordered a mug. At first it was very convincing that it would be made to order with colorful mugs and a design and a sample of the finished mug would be sent immediately. The point is that at the beginning they were very attractive to customers with the lure and expectations that matched customer orders. In the middle of the month around September I asked for a design and I asked how many mugs were made, they couldn't answer for sure. The answer will always be notified later, there has been no news from the factory person. That was all until finally in November my candidate came back to the store saying that if we weren't ready with our order, just say it, just cancel it. But they still took our order, even though we didn't really believe it. But in the end, we promised to take the goods on December 9 2018. A week before the 9th, I made sure again whether the goods had been made and they couldn't confirm it and I asked for the money back BUT THAT POSSIBLE BOSS, the AROGAN PARENTS, was angry without SORRY at all for their mistakes and uncertainty. And the ending.... My order was finished but NOT WHAT I WOULD LIKE AT THE BEGINNING. AND THE WORK IS NOT EXCELLENT SM AT ALL. PLEASE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED, DO NOT ORDER HERE, THERE ARE MANY OTHER STORE BETTER, FRIENDLY AND HONEST.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nyesel bgt belanja disini ga liat review dlu. Efek btuh dus souvenir cepet jd segera aja ambil. Ngmgnya ada digudang, bsk suruh balik lg ambil, eh pas diambil via gosend ngmg brgnya msh digudang, pdhal jadwal ambil udh telat sehari. Tau gitu kan pas order bsa lgsg ambil ke gudang. Sama bgt kyk yg dishare reviewer yg lain. Bapak2 tua agak arogan, si yg layanin jg ga beda jauh. Intinya mah ga tanggung jawab sm order client. Yaah biar Tuhan yg atur semuanyaa, segera pikir2 lg sebelum belanja disini kalo gamau rugi dana + waktunya

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesan awal oktober. Alhamdulillah jadi awal november. Pdhl td nya deal perkiraan bakal beres tengah november. Pas pesan dibantu sm kak bembi, pas ambilnya disuruh ke toko yg depan pasar, lebih gampang ternyata. Keteemu dgn pak haji nya. Aku ga ada insiden dimarahin kayak yg di review2, tapi pak haji nya sempet marahin juru parkir sm yg bantuin gotong suvenir aku. Jadi kasian sih tp aku juga bingung mau ngapain. Beres diloading ke mobil, pulang deh, mending dtg pagi2 kalau cuma mau ambil, jadi bisa parkir pas depan tokonya. Kalau ga, penuh sm parkir motor. Packaging nya rapi, suvenir aku juga jaitannya rapi. Terima kasih..

I didn't have an incident to be scolded like the ones in the reviews, but the Hajj was very angry with the parking attendant who helped me with my souvenir. So, sorry, but I'm also confused about what to do. It's done loading to the car, going home, it's better if you just take it in the morning, so you can park right in front of the shop. If not, it's full of motorcycle parking. The packaging is neat, my souvenirs are also neatly connected. Thank you..

Selesainya molor & mepet. Gak sempet cek souvenirnya.
Yang punya toko ky kata review-review lain, AROGAN & GAK ADA MINTA MAAFNYA waktu salah.
Staf yg ngelayanin saya Bembi. Di awal, baik banget & fast response. Begitu dekat waktu-waktu pengambilan slow response. WA diabaikan.
Kalau bisa kasih bintang 0 atau setengah kukasih bintang segitu deh. Bener-bener gak rekomendasi

Staff who are fishing me Bembi. At the beginning, it's really good & fast response. Once close to the time of taking slow response. WA is ignored.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awalnya aku nanya2 sm tmn toko souvenir yg murah & bagus. Tmnku menyarankan toko maulana souvenir, akhirnya aku pesan souvenir sendok garpu wayang 1000 pcs. Saat itu gk pake dp tp langsung bayar cash di tkp, karena alasannya souvenir baru saja dtg 1000 pcs, dan dia gk berani jamin kalo souvenir itu gk akan dijual lg sm orglain. Ya udh akhirnya aku bayar cash semuanya. Tp setelah sampai rumah aku penasaran baca review toko ini. Aku baca review toko ini rata2 kesal atau bahkan mau marah, sempat berfikiran buruk kalo misalnya ada kejadian serupa. Karena saat saya otw, saya mengabarkan ingin mengambil souvenir tp gk diangkat2 telpon saya. Sampai disana alhamdulillah tokonya sudah buka dari jam setengah 9 pagi. Dan souvenirku 1000 pcs sudah siap aku ambil. Aaahh senangnya. Hanya saran saja sih kepada Caten, pilihlah souvenir yang ready & tanpa dp2an bahkan pd saat kesana baiknya bayar, lalu angkut souvenirnya. Drpd ada kejadian yang tdk baik, jd pilih yg ready saja sih menurutku.

At that time, I didn't use DP but paid for cash in tkp, because the reason for the souvenir was just 1000 pcs, and he didn't dare guarantee that the souvenir would not be sold any more. Yes, I finally paid all the cash. But after arriving home I was curious to read this shop review. I read this shop review, on average, annoyed or even angry, I had a bad idea if there was a similar incident. Because when I was otw, I reported that I wanted to pick up souvenirs, but I didn't pick up my phone. Get there thank God the shop is open from half past nine in the morning. And my souvenir 1000 pcs is ready for me to take. Aaah, happy. Just give advice to Caten, choose souvenirs that are ready & without DP2an even when you get there it's good to pay, then transport the souvenirs. Drpd there are events that are not good, so I choose the ones that are ready, in my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bosnya udh gila kali yah, sudah bagus saya kirimin gosend buat antar barangnya, malah ngotot minta nota sm driver (namanya ojol masa bolak balik buat ambil nota).. otot2an pula jadinya driver sm yg punya toko, kl gk diambil alih sm stafnya sdh di viral in itu kelakuannya..

Barang molor, ada kendala tidak langsung ngabarin ke customer malah diem aja nunggu ditelp.. ditambah lg masiih aja ada yg kurang dibarangnya dengan dalih pelanggan yg diurusin gk cm saya saja... dasar brengsekk!!!

Goods are delayed, there are problems, they don't immediately tell the customer, they just stay silent waiting to be called... plus there's still something missing on the pretext of the customer being taken care of, it's just me... you bastard!!!
