★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Masjidnya luas dan bersih. Tempat wudhunya jarang saya temui yang seperti itu. Sering ada ngaji bareng di lantai bawah. Lantai atas digunakan untuk shalat. Tempat parkir juga tersedia. Yuk lebih dimakmurkan lagi masjidnya teman-teman.
The mosque is spacious and clean. I rarely find an ablution place like that. Often there is a recitation together downstairs. The upper floor is used for prayer. Parking is also available. Come on, it's more prosperous for the mosque, friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luas dan biasa untuk sholat Jumat, mudah dijangkau, lokasi di pinggir jalan kampung. Cukup bersih, ada toilet dan tempat wudhu cukup bersih. Kadang untuk malam Jumat pahing ada acara Jumat pahingan bersama dengan acara Pasar Jumat Pahing.
Spacious and common for Friday prayers, easy to reach, location on the edge of the village road. Clean enough, there are toilets and the place for ablution is quite clean. Sometimes for Friday pahing there is a Friday pahingan event together with the Friday Pahing Market event.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salah satu masjid peninggalan Wali (Sunan Kalijogo dan Nyai Brintik)tertua di Karasidenan Kedu,dan tertua di Kabupaten Temanggung. Dibangun sekitar tahun 1704 M. Dibangun atas perintah Sunan Kalijaga diprakarsai oleh Nyai Brintik. Terdapat 16 soko yang terbuat dari kayu jati untuk menyangga bangunan utama masjid.
Di kompleks Masjid Wali Jami Menggoro yang menjadi peninggalan sejarah adalah bangunan utama Masjid dan soko sokonya,mimbar kuno,jam kuno, bedug dan kentongan yg usianya insyaAllah diperkirakan sama dengan masjid termasuk 2 pohon kecik berusia ratusan tahun. Dan gapuro masuk bertulis jawa Reksa brahmana resi bhumi. Yang unik lagi,ada sisa reruntuhan/puing bangungan candi Hindu,yg patung-patung atau batunya di letakan di halaman masjid.
Di depan masjid tepatnya di komplek MTs Manbaut thullab Menggoro,ada bangunan Peninggalan Belanda yg sekarang digunakan untuk Pasar Budaya Jumat Pahing. Di belakang Masjid ada pemakaman umum yang disitu ada beberapa makam para waliyullah,pepunden,dan ulama' Desa Menggoro. Seperti Wali Kyai Adam Muhammad,Nyai Fatimah binti Raden Patah ( Raja Demak),Kyai Imam puro,Kyai Raoyan bin Kyai Asmui(Pendiri PP. Manbaut thullab),Waliyullah Kyai Sayuti,Kyai Asmui, Kyai Nawawi,Kyai Mukhalim dll.
Di Barat Masjid terdapat Pondok Pesantren Manbaut thullab (Asrama Putra) yang sekarang diasuh oleh Kyai Bisrul Kafi Raoyan dan Kyai Sufyan Tsauri.
Masjid ini menjadi barometer suksesnya dakwah Islam di Temanggung,karena dimana dakwah islam dianggap berhasil,bila sdah di bangun masjid. Dan ini Masjid pertama di Kabupaten Temanggung.
One of the oldest Wali relics (Sunan Kalijogo and Nyai Brintik) in the Kedu Residency, and the oldest in Temanggung Regency. Built around 1704 AD It was built on the orders of Sunan Kalijaga initiated by Nyai Brintik. There are 16 pillars made of teak wood to support the main building of the mosque.
In the Wali Jami Menggoro Mosque complex which is a historical legacy is the main building of the Mosque and its pillars, ancient pulpits, ancient clocks, drum and kentongan whose insha'Allah is estimated to be the same as the mosque including 2 kecik trees hundreds of years old. And Gapuro enters the words Java Reksa Brahmin Receipt Bhumi. What's unique, there are the remaining ruins / ruins of Hindu temples, whose statues or stones were placed in the mosque courtyard.
In front of the mosque, precisely in the MTs Manbaut thullab Menggoro complex, there is a Dutch Heritage building now used for the Friday Pahing Cultural Market. Behind the mosque there is a public cemetery where there are several tombs of the saints of Allah, pepunden, and ulemas' Menggoro Village. Like Wali Kyai Adam Muhammad, Nyai Fatimah bint Raden Patah (King of Demak), Kyai Imam puro, Kyai Raoyan bin Kyai Asmui (Founder of PP. Manbaut thullab), Waliyullah Kyai Sayuti, Kyai Asmui, Kyai Nawawi, Kyai Mukhalim etc.
In the west of the mosque there is the Islamic Boarding School Manbaut Thullab (Male Dormitory) which is now cared for by Kyai Bisrul Kafi Raoyan and Kyai Sufyan Tsauri.
This mosque is a barometer of the success of Islamic da'wah in Temanggung, because where Islamic da'wah is considered successful, if the mosque has been built. And this is the first mosque in Temanggung Regency.
