★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan tidak ramah. Pernah setor tunai nominal bisa-bisanya salah karena saat kerja teller malah bercanda sama rekannya. Pernah ingin aktifkan mobile banking, pelayanannya tidak ramah dan pingin segera ngusir, namanya Dita kalau ga salah. Padahal sebelum saya ada yang ngutang di BRI dilayani dengan ramah. Tolong diperbaiki lagi. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maaf mau tanya apakah sekarang kalo melakukan pengajuan pencairan susah ya..saya udh kurleb 3mgu ini mengajukan peminjaman kok blm ada penjelasan ya tadinya saya dari BRI kebonsari kata mbaknya udah dipindahkan/dialihkan ke BRI tembarak..udh lma juga nunggu biasanya 5hran bisacair..
