★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a disgrace when compared to the real San Francisco from Bandung. Problem with franchise or distant outlet like in Jakarta is arguably, the standardization.
The martabak manis is not fragrant and does not have any slight crispiness on the outer part - which is usually found in the original version from Bandung. The mixture of the batter feels still raw and there's not enough sweetness from the milk. Chunk of bigger cheese found as a sign of lazy grating and the whole martabak not properly cooked.
I'd like to continue with the martabak telur too, but the bottomline is - it's also disappointing. So guys, if you want the real deal, just visit the original outlets in Bandung. It's always consistent there and worth the expensive price.
