★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ribet driver grab gak bisa masuk tertahan di lobby marketing sama. Satpam... Harus WA dan telp dulu... Driver sudah telp dan WA gak aktif... Percuma ada nomer HP nya... Driver sudah nunggu hampir 2 jam gak ada solusinya dan harus telp dan WA dulu.... Driver minta satpam panggil'karyawan family mart lewat ht tetep gak bisa... Custemer sudah cat driver mau tdk ambil orderan nya.... Sy kapok dapet orderan di family mart apartemen maple... Beda sama apartemen yg lain bisa masuk dan ambil orderan.... Hati2 diver grab dan gojek klo. Dpt orderan di lokasi tsb lebih baik cancel dan kasih bintang satu... Dari pada ribet sama aturan nya
Troubled grab drivers can't get stuck in the same marketing lobby. Security guard ... Must WA and telp first ... Driver is already tel and WA is not active ... It's useless there is a cellphone number ... Driver has been waiting for almost 2 hours, there is no solution and must call and WA first ... Driver ask the security guard to call the family mart employee via ht but can't ... Custemer has already painted the driver, don't want to take the order ... I'm giving up getting orders at the maple apartment family mart ... It's different from other apartments, you can enter and take orders .... Be careful of the grab and gojek diver. To get an order at that location, it's better to cancel and give one star ... Instead of being complicated with the rules

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesanan sedang dikemas terus hampir 50mnt,Driver pun tidak dibolehkan masuk,gimana orang mau nunjukin pesanan nya,Merchet pun gak bisa dihubungi,pelayanan terburuk familymart disini.
Orders are being packed for almost 50 minutes, drivers are not even allowed in, how do people want to show their orders, Merchet can't be contacted, the worst service is familymart here.
