gajelas ini kalau jualan, masak iya barang yang udah dibayar dan statusnya udah proses di cancel sepihak. tolong balikin uang saya dan uang ongkirnya juga! nyalain tuh coment di ig pengecut banget!!!

Ternyata byk bc review nya TIDAK RECOMENDED sm sekali. Sy melakukan pembelian pd aplikasi MAP CLUB namun dilakukan pembatalan sepihak, jika memang brg sdh tdk tersedia tak perlu mengiklankan brg2 yg sdh tdk ready dan msh terpampang blm terjual pd sistem mestinya update otomatis dr sistem blnj olshop MAPnya ...sm saja membohongi konsumen, proses pengembalian uang pmbyrn / refund jg sangatt lamaaaa dan tdk jelas mekanismenya. Sy tlp CS pelayanan olshop utk konfirmasi jg setiap hr jwbn yg diberikan sama seperti teroganisir. Seenaknya saja...tdk paham hak dan kewajiban sbg penjual thdp konsumen..mgkn perlu ad tindakan pelaporan ke BPKN RI utk kasus lamanya proses refund uang2 pmbyrn konsumen online shop sebesar MAP ini.
It turns out that many bc reviews are NOT RECOMMENDED at all. I made a purchase on the MAP CLUB application but it was canceled unilaterally, if indeed the item is not available, there is no need to advertise items that are not ready and are still displayed not sold on the system, it should be updated automatically from the online shop MAP system... just lying to consumers, process PMbyrn refunds / refunds are also very long and the mechanism is not clear. I called CS olshop service to confirm also every day the answer given is the same as organized. I just don't understand the rights and obligations as a seller to consumers.. Maybe there is a need for reporting action to the RI BPKN for the case of the lengthy process of refunding money from an online shop as big as this MAP.

Very bad service and packaging ! Setelah baca review disini, ternyata banyak yang sama. Jadi saya beli lewat MAPCLUB, tapi barang dikirim hanya dengan menggunakan polymailer, tanpa bubble wrap ataupun kardus. Akibatnya barang rusak, ada bagian kulit dn resleting yang terkikis. Apakah perusahaan sebesar MAP tidak ada SOP packing ?! Tolong tanggung jawab dan tukar barang saya dengan yang baru !
Very bad service and packaging ! After reading the reviews here, it turns out that many are the same. So I bought through MAPCLUB, but the goods were sent only using polymailer, without bubble wrap or cardboard. As a result, the goods are damaged, there are parts of the leather and zippers that have been eroded. Does a company as big as MAP not have a packing SOP?! Please be responsible and exchange my item with a new one!

Nyesal banget belanja di toko online yang katanya bagus. Nyesaal banget. Udah barang gak bisa ditukar ( padahal belum proses packing) uangpun gak jelas ada dimana. Katanya sudah mutasi ke norek saya, nyatanya gak ada. Pelajaran untuk kita, mending beli langsung ditoko offline. Gak becus MAPCLUB! Tolong uang saya dikembalikan !
I really regret shopping at online stores that are said to be good. I'm so sorry. The goods can't be exchanged (even though they haven't been packaged yet) and it's not clear where the money is. He said it had been mutated to my norek, in fact it wasn't there. Lesson for us, it's better to buy directly in offline stores. MAPCLUB is not good! Please refund my money!

Ternyata memang banyak yang mengeluh. Pengalaman pribadi : belanja pakai web, sudah pilih ukuran yang benar, entah kenapa munculnya nomor ukuran yang salah. Salah saya gak periksa nomor lagi pas check out. Hubungi customer care, sudah telpon, sudah hubungi IG, tapi refund (cuma tukar nomor saja) gak bisa sama sekali. Padahal barang yang dibeli bukan harga murah, masih dibungkus, belum di apa2in. Tidak ada proteksi pelanggan, tidak bisa negosiasi, tidak ada win2 solusi, Padahal kita transaksi jual beli, online pulak. Bahkan bank sekalipun tidak strict seperti ini. Konfirmasi ke CS, dikirimnya FAQ. Jd waktu pesan di barang tidak diberi keterangan barang tidak bisa refund. Lain kali kalau mau pesan, coba baca FAQ yang panjang. Tapi menurutku, tidak rekomen, sebaiknya coba cari ecommerce lain atau beli offline ajalah.
It turns out that a lot of people are complaining. Personal experience: shopping using the web, I've chosen the right size, somehow the wrong size number appears. It was my fault that I didn't check the number again when I checked out. Call customer care, I've called, I've contacted IG, but refunds (only changing numbers) can't work at all. Even though the goods purchased are not cheap, they are still wrapped, not in anything. There is no customer protection, no negotiation, no win2 solution, even though we are buying and selling online. Even banks are not strict like this. Confirmation to CS, sending FAQ. So when the order is not given a description of the item, the item cannot be refunded. Next time you want to order, try reading the long FAQ. But in my opinion, I don't recommend it, you should try to find another e-commerce or buy it offline.

They don't check and update online products on their web page. I am still waiting for the refund. The customer care staff don't know English.
